Came here for a girls night, very cute setting, with a small but yummy menu. Staff is attentive and friendly and happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. As someone with celiac, I wouldn’t recommend  due to cross contamination and the options were limited. However, for a regular person, definitely worth trying. The highlight of the dinner was the pork belly, absolutely delicious!

My husband and I had an absolutely delicious meal at Tuck Shop. We sat at the Chef's Table, which is always a fun experience for a restaurant to offer (I love an open kitchen). Gabriel, our server, was very attentive – as was the bartender and the rest of the staff. The food was incredible, and all was plated SO beautifully – Michelin star level plating. We started with oysters, and loved their specialty hot sauce that they had on the side. We then split the grilled octopus (which was so tender and not at all chewy like you sometimes get), the pork belly (which came in the most incredible sauce), the Duck Duo (yum!), and the Chocolate Nemesis dessert – which was the only thing I managed to take a picture of. We left with very happy stomachs. Highly recommend!

Amazing meal and service. Dining at the chefs counter was also a great chance to see the "show". Cocktails were well balanced and every dish we ate was on point. To highlight a few.... The mushrooms were the most surprising dish. Great flavor combination with the persimmon that gave the meatiness of the mushroom but with the freshness of a salad. The Salmon Chowder with mussels was rich and fresh at the same time. The duck with its sauces were one of the best bites of the night. The lemon curd was also the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Would highly recommend Tuck Shop to fellow foodies.

Sooooo good ! Delicious honestly. The staff was so thoughtful and nice, I love how they cleaned our table between meals. Definitely pricey, maybe a bit overpriced, but I am happy with my experience.

Exceptionell mat & service! Vi tre delade på hälleflundra, ravioli och fläsk. Var och en av oss gav våra utvalda rätter betyget ”bäst” ... så en trevägsslips för 1 gata. ägare över en parkeringsplats * Jag är tvungen att dela min djupt oroande erfarenhet med ägaren av denna anläggning, som har lämnat mig skakad och deprimerad. Efter att ha hämtat middag till min familj. Jag konfronterades av en man som släppte lös en oprovocerad tirad över att min bil var parkerad för nära hans. Vad som var tänkt att vara en enkel nära parkeringsplats förvandlades till en mardröm när denna man stormade ut ur restaurangen, hans uppträdande aggressiv och hotfull. Som kvinna med familj och företag att sköta, som bott i Westmount-området i över 25 år har jag aldrig känt mig helt trängd av en man med detta beteende. Hans ilska var påtaglig, och jag blev uppriktigt skrämd av hans närmande. Jag är en 5 - fot - 5, 60 - år - gammal kvinna med matvaror i händerna. Jag försökte förklara att mitt fordon är utrustat med ett sensoriskt system som skulle varna mig om jag var för nära någonting, ja det var nära men rörde knappt hans smutsiga reservdäck på baksidan av hans bil. Min bil är värd 100 gånger mer än hans bil. Men mina ord föll för döva öron. Istället för att lyssna tog han till förolämpningar och kallade mig lögnare, vilket ytterligare trappade upp situationen. Det var förödmjukande och upprörande att behandlas så respektlöst. Människor som han, som inte kan kontrollera sin ilska och väljer att skrämma andra, bör inte vara i public service-branschen. Hans beteende reflekterar inte bara dåligt på hans karaktär utan svärtar också ner etablissemangets rykte.

Jonathan och personalen var en av de bästa i klassen till vår grupp av sju. Sex av oss hade avsmakningsmenyn. Maten gjorde ingen besviken i smak, färg och presentation. Fisk och skaldjur varierar från färska ostron, lax till grönsaker och kött. En vän, en självbeskriven kräsen ätare, beställde bolognese som var den bästa hon någonsin haft. Till efterrätt presenterades en lätt cheesecake. Inte en tugga kvar! Personalen var uppmärksam men inte påträngande. Väl insatt i vinalternativ och rekommendationer. Jonathan var personlig som var personalen. Han var tillmötesgående i förändringen i antal och bokningstid. Även nå ut i förväg för att fråga vår preferens på separat eller en check. En gest mycket uppskattad. Vår grupp var i Montreal för en 25 års vänskapsfest. Underbar tid.

Fantastisk atmosfär men det blev lite högt ibland. Maten var fantastisk och servicen exceptionell. Inte billig middag men hade en bra tid.

Hörde så fantastiska saker om denna restaurang i åratal och försökte för första gången med höga förväntningar. Helt enkelt. Fruktansvärd. Service. Gå inte till denna restaurang om du har allergier eftersom de kommer att säga att de inte kan servera dig och kommer att få dig att känna att du inte är välkommen. Har aldrig behandlats på detta sätt någonsin i en Montreal-restaurang. Bortom oförskämd. Stor besvikelse.

Min fru och 2 andra par till Tuck Shop för ungefär ett år sedan och blåste ur vattnet. Alla 6 av oss hade olika måltider och alla var spektakulära. Det var min fru födelsedag förra veckan och trodde att vi hade turen att få en reservation för 6. Hon och jag var glada över att äta en stor måltid med våra vuxna barn. Tyvärr föll de intressanta kombinationerna som fungerade så bra förra året. Lammet med tzattziki, hälleflundan, svärdfisken och till och med biffen (med en udda grön toppning) missade märket helt. Den hummer svamp aptitretare var utsökt och var den enda maträtt som uppfyllde våra höga förväntningar. Vi hade en trevlig tid eftersom tjänsten var väldigt bra och den höga atmosfären är alltid kul men tyvärr blev vi ganska besvikna. Menyn ändras ofta så kanske bara fångade Tuck Shop utanför cykeln.

Det är lite dyrt men om dess kvalitet och läckerhet du letar efter - är detta platsen. Hälleflundra jag hade i går kväll var den bästa fisken jag har haft. Tillagas till perfektion och beredda vackert. Personalen är uppmärksam och vänlig. Det finns verkligen inget dåligt att säga om denna plats. Det är en äkta Montreal pärla. Ändra inte en sak.

Jag hade gjort en reservation i god tid på råd av mina barn. Vi anlände och var varmt välkomnade av många av personalen, även om detta var vårt första besök. Vi satt snabbt och vår servitris, Michelle, kom för att ge oss sin tvåspråkiga meny och en vin / cocktail lista. Vi var också hälsade av Jonathan, hantering partner och en av ägarna, som gick igenom hela sin meny med oss. Presentationen på båda rätterna var utmärkt. För våra elnät beställde min fru sin 10 oz Hanger biff med läckra pommes frites ($ 35.00) och jag beställde Kamouraska Lamb ($ 36.00). Båda rätter presenterades snyggt och beredda som vi hade begärt. Min fru kunde inte sluta, så jag hjälpte lite, trots att jag var full av min läckra smälta i ditt munlamm. Michelle var utmärkt!
