This was my first time hosting a corporate event at White Oaks - let's just say I've already locked in for 2026. What a great experience. Highest level of service I've ever experienced, which started with the concierge team the second I walked through the door.

Dealing with Roger planning my event was a dream - he's friendly, professional, responsive, and just very good at his job. The hospitality we received from everyone was incredible.

Adrian and team ran a team building activity for us during the conference and that was a ton of fun - lived up to every expectation. The food was also great! Awesome experience, great staff, I can't say enough good things.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at White Oaks, where we also got married a few years ago! Since then, we have become frequent hotel, spa, and restaurant guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The service is exceptional, and the staff makes you feel special throughout your visit. A special thank you to Sarah Clark for the thoughtful gesture of leaving a bottle of wine and card in our room—it was a lovely surprise. I'd also like to mention Sandro Bonaldo, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome upon check-in. This place has begun to feel like a second home to us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and dining experiences during our most recent stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience and stay!

We are having our wedding here later this year, and I cannot express how amazing this place is. We just completed our menu tasting today and it was an incredible experience. The staff that work here are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet! The food is incredible, and looks amazing. The moment you walk through the doors here you are made to feel like everyone who works here is here to ensure you have a good time; you feel special, honoured.

Today at our menu tasting, Sylvanna was working and she was so much fun to go through this menu tasting with - incredible woman!

We are also working with Maria to plan for our wedding and she has been phenomenal to work with and is extremely supportive and very helpful.

I can't say enough good things about White Oaks, especially as an event venue.

Staying at White Oaks was a WONDERFUL experience for my family and I. The atmosphere was clean, fresh, and smelt very nice. The location was amazing and very convenient, as it is straight across from the outlet malls, perfect for a shopping day. The service/workers were amazing. They were very polite, welcoming, and ensured that you were enjoying your stay. The restaurant at the hotel had very delicious chicken tenders! It was a 5 star experience, and we definitely will want to stay again!

White Oaks Amenities for the day. Date of visit March 19, 2025.

We stopped in on our way back to Toronto to visit the facilities and ended up staying for the day.   The 2 ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and took the time to answer all the questions we had.   We were able to use The Club, pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room.   It was wonderful!

Some tips we learned today....
For a day pass you have to go to the reception desk in The (fitness) Club.   We did not use The Club (workout room or tennis/squash courts).   The steam rooms & saunas are located in the change rooms (men's and women's).   The change rooms are located in The Club however the pool and jacuzzi are located closer to the spa (a few minute walk away from the change rooms).  The pool & jacuzzi are in shared spaces.

You have to bring your own locks for the lockers if you are just using the facilities for the day.   If you want to have a robe you will have to bring your own.   And it's best if you bring your own body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

On the plus side there are lots of towels available.   The facility is very clean.   The cleaning staff was constantly cleaning in the change rooms.   Also there was someone in the pool area mopping the deck.

Although there is seating near the pool there isn't much.   Because it was mid week we did not have any issues and were able to secure loungers for the day.   Not sure but would assume weekends are much busier.

Overall it is worth the visit!
