This Pizza Hut never disappoints me! I always receive great customer service and great food! I prefer to order my pizzas online through their app and pick up. My food is always ready and hot when I arrive for pick up. All in all! This Pizza Hut is great!

WOW. What the actual fuck. Readers, prepare yourselves for the wrath of my fury (this is the first time I've sworn for a review). I'm going to cross-post this for both KFC and Pizza Hut. I was actually speechless at how TERRIBLE my experience was. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I came with my boyfriend for the "all you can eat pizza and fried chicken" deal as advertised heavily on lawn signs outside and posters within the restaurant. With high hopes, we were seated at 9:30pm. We were told that the way the "buffet" works is that employees bring food out sporadically and you get the option to take one piece per person. Sure, that sounds fair if the food comes out regularly, right? BUT NOPE. The meal was a HUGE SCAM and customer service was TERRIBLE. We asked for gravy, what? 5 times? and it was FINALLY brought to us A FULL HOUR LATER at 10:30pm... Also, guess what "all you can eat fried chicken" entailed... ONE piece of chicken over an entire hour of waiting. WHAT THE ACTUAL???? Just terrible. For a franchise, I can't believe they get away with this kind of BS. Realistically, this meal should've been advertised as "a few small slivers of pizza and maybe chicken if you're lucky for a two hour wait". Oh, and it was cold pizza. The value for the overall meal was SO disappointing. I wasn't even remotely full when I left. You should've seen the look on my face when they said it was last call when they had only brought out chicken once... Coming here was A HUGE waste of time. In retrospect, I should've just ordered a bucket and that would've saved me a lot of time and actually gotten me chicken.. although sidenote: I laugh at the combined irony of my experience and Peter's review! It seems this establishment can't get ANY part of their business right! They're just all excuses.

headed out to try this "all you can eat" kfc and Pizza Hut combo during the 2-5 time frame on a Friday afternoon. I was perfectly prepared and ready to expect a 'one piece of person' and slow service as per some reviews however what we got was the total opposite!! as soon as we walked in I saw 2 full pizzas on the table and Cesar salads ready for you to go up to and get We had a very nice server who informed us that for the chicken and fries he'll go get and bring to us. He also brought us our drinks which was a choice of Pepsi or diet So off we went and got our pizza and to my surprise it was pretty warm still considering there was only one other table of two gentlemen there before us Not too shortly after our server came back with a bucket of kfc, gravy in individual containers and fries! The chicken was all dark meat and drum stick which he used tongs to place them in the middle of our table on a plate for us He checked in on us often and asked if we needed any item several times throughout the time we were there. He also asked if there was a specific pizza we wanted (Hawaiian, cheese, pepperoni ect) then let him know and he would pop it in for us Overall there were 6 of us and we all agree it was a pretty good meal (pizza, chicken, fries, gravy, salad) for a good deal. Although btw it's 10.99 now and not 7.99 as in the previous post pic.

Feeling discriminated because I'm a white female I feel the young man and woman who serve at the buffet at 10 Jacob Keffer pky in concord don't like white women - I've eaten two times here and both times including today I've been ignored while a male patron clearly their ethnic background, including previous visit of a family of same ethnic background as the server, were served professionally while ignoring me. Both time I sat at the table next to these customers. It's a shame that I've left on both occasions feeling jipped.

Frequent this place for quick pizzas. It's standard Pizza Hut, which I really enjoy. I've eaten in a few times and notice that the place does get really busy during the dinner buffet. From what I noticed I think it starts around 9. Nothing bad to say about this place though. Standard Pizza Hut!

The pizza (Supreme) was actually quite good. Their innovative stuffed crust cheese (for $3.50 extra) is what sets Pizza Hut aside and it was delicious and warm even by the time it was delivered to me. I still prefer Pizza Nova, but pizza Hut is no slouch and certainly not as bad as some cheap pizzerias out there. Selection-wise Pizza hut needs a few more options. There are many chicken pizzas as options, but otherwise it is all Pepperoni from there. It is difficult to order from pizza hut, which i find surprising given that they are an international and successful chain. I first called the store (I thought is) nearer to my house. No, they do not deliver to my place. Then I called their Central number. A polite gentleman explained the Canadian pizza is unavailable for my location! Then he handed me to a co-worker. She repeated the same and asked me if I want something else. I ordered Surpreme and had it delivered from a different store. Why was I calling them? Their website is terrible. It constantly tries to divert one from the menu via a pop-up that is eager to get your address and force you to choose deliver or pick-up. All I want to do to begin with is review the menu and only subsequently potentially place an order. it took me several computer science maneuvers and tricks of the keyboard to access the menu without inserting a credit card number, giving them all my personal information and signing up for the army via a draft. lol Companies should stop trying to dictate ('encourage') certain behaviours and put user friendliness on top.

I ordered a medium stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with a sauce for delivery. When the pizza arrived it was cold and over cooked. The pizza was tough and cardboard-like with no flavor. 0/10

If I could give anything lower I would. Very unorganized, host/waiter has no skills and when ordering didn't understand what I wanted. Only came here because we were craving pizza from a bunch of YouTube Buzzfeed videos we were watching the night prior. Lesson from all this, don't go to this location when craving a pizza.
