Avoid this place unless you want to risk losing your deposit even with the owner's verbal promise and a written receipt. In December 2024, I visited this RV dealership after seeing their Facebook ad for a 2000 Tiffin Allegro Class A RV listed at $12,900. I was seriously considering switching to RV living, and this was one of the few options nearby. I spoke with a salesperson named Steve, who was polite, and then with Tony, one of the owners. I told Tony I needed more time to think about it, and offered to leave a $50 hold fee. He refused that and instead asked for a $1,000 deposit, telling me, "If you don't want it in two days, I will refund it to you. I'm the owner, I bend the rules. You have my word, and I'll even put it on the bill of sale." I have the full conversation recorded. Based on that verbal promise and his position as the owner, I agreed. I was given a receipt (which I still have), and paid by e-transfer. Two days later, on December 11, I went back to cancel. Tony was slightly upset, but ultimately agreed to refund the deposit via cheque--this part is also recorded. However, at that moment another owner, Paul Buro, stepped in aggressively, shouting that they lost customers because of me and that I "signed the paper," so I wouldn't get a cent back. He told me to take him to court and said he had lawyers. When I tried to reason with Tony again, Paul repeatedly cut me off. Tony stayed mostly silent. Eventually Paul told me to leave or he'd call the police. On December 16, I returned with a friend who recorded our second visit. Things escalated: Paul raised his voice, threatened to physically remove us, and actually called the police. We waited outside for over an hour, but no officers arrived. Hours later, a police officer called me and said they couldn't help and I'd need to take civil action. I have: * A written receipt from the business. * A bank record of the $1,000 transfer. * Full audio recording of the owner promising a refund within two days. * Video footage of the second confrontation. * Police call records. Despite all of this, I have not received a single dollar back. Be extremely cautious if you're considering doing business here. Don't rely on verbal promises, even from the owner. I'm now pursuing legal action.

These guys are the biggest scammers in the business. Be very careful, especially with one of the owners. PUAL. He will rob you blind.. I was charged almost $6000 for work. That was not performed, not even touched. I basically paid $6000 for an oil change. Please, please avoid this place. They are big time crooks.

This is the worst place to purchase an RV. If I could give a much lower number, like -5, that would be it. I bought a travel trailer from this place and if it was not for Steve, I would have went elsewhere. Steve was amazing and very helpful. That being said, the poor excuse of an owner, Paul, is a racist pos. As soon as I enter their office to inquire about 2 things, he verbally attacked me base on the color of my skin. He told me " I KNOW YOUR KIND" before I could say two words to him. He continue to interrupt me while I was trying to ask a question to the other person in the office, which she was VERY unless. Refuse to give me his name when ask numerous time. He was yelling without knowing my concerns. When asked who he was again, out came the swearing " I'M THE FUCKEN OWNER, NOW WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAID" . The bad reviews are very real. Once you pay for the trailer, you are now a nobody. Paul is nothing a loud mouth who enjoys trying to bulling people. His office staff is unless as shit and doesn't knows shit. I also purchased the Starter kit. They charge $599.99 for a small box with a few items and a price tag of $79.99 on the box. Paul you are definitely a THIEF as the other reviews have claimed. My fridge came bare no shelves on the inside or on the door. Was told they will put the shelves in once the trailer is done. NOPE, NO SHELVES. I still have a bare fridge. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND THIS PLACE.

BUYER BEWARE! This place is awful to buy your trailer from. It looked like the employees were doing good work, and Omar (crew foreman) seemed to be fair, but Steve and the owner (Paul) were creepy and untrustworthy. We had to come back several times because they kept saying the trailer would be ready to open up and look at, but it was always buried behind a ton of other trailers, mostly rotten and torn apart. I am so thankful that my husband and dad know a lot about trailers, because I would not trust anything Steve and Paul said. When we were signing the deal, Paul was rude and pushy, and made promises that never materialized. We took everything Paul said with a grain of salt, and knew from reading other reviews not to get the trailer delivered, and not to leave the lot until they had fulfilled what was on the bill of sale. If you buy a trailer, make sure they put any promises in writing, and don't let them say "oh, we will deal with that problem later"! While we were there, there were other subcontracted workers who were asking where their tools went. Apparently their tools went "missing" which a lot of reviews also mentioned. Don't leave anything in your trailer if you're getting it repaired here. It seems like anything valuable goes "missing". Creepy owner, shady business, steer clear unless you are confident that you know what you are looking at.

Terrible service and definitely some shady practices going on here.Had a similar situation as the other review.He tried to up charge me just to be able to look at it.He was beyond rude telling me I dont know what im talking about etc.He lied saying there was nothing wrong with it at the beginning but by the end had three different stories...all lies.Should avoid these amateurs and go elsewhere!

Don't buy a trailer from here. We bought a trailer during covid so my husband could continue working but not endanger his family. Paul said he couldn't allow us to see the trailer but he had a great one that would work as a travel trailer for us after things opened up again. We have photos of what the trailer on screen looked like and what we actually got. My husband tried to have a reasonable conversation with Paul about all the repairs to even run the trailer (a new toilet, a new electric panel to run the fridge and hot water, every screen had been ripped out, and more) Paul just swore at my husband. A company who would screw people over during covid is not a good company. There are lots of RV companies to choose from, I wouldn't reccomend this one ever.

Absolutely horrible customer service, and misleading information as well as illegal practices. Sold me a 1998 trailer, clearly stamped on the trailer, as a 2000 marked on the bill of sale. Does not include Admin fees, or P.D.I. inspection fees in the sale price, refuses to provide paperwork per the inspection as well. Does not divulge information about leaks or damages, prior to sale. Damaged my trailer upon delivery, claiming "I'm not responsible for damages once I leave the road". Has been filed with the Better business bureau, currently pending complaint to the Consumer protection act. Makes no mention of refunds, returns, or exchanges until after the sale, to which then states "sorry we don't do refunds". Throughly do not reccomend! Trailer was advertised at $4,900 "traded"... bought for $6,500 after fees. No ownership, no keys (was informed after delivery, keys are still with previous owner), no propane tanks or adapter, which were also promised as "perks". Upon delivery, was informed I could go pick everything up, (over an hr drive) once it was all ready. Purchased on June 10th, still have not been notified these are ready.

The best selection of used RVs and Trailers in the greater Toronto area. Excellent customer service, delivery and set up. Paul set us up with an incredible deal on a 2007 Palomino which we've had now without issue for two years. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We will definitely be back to trade up in the seasons ahead.

If I could choose a zero or even negative rating I would. Terrible experience at this place. Paul is the rudest most ignorant person I have dealt with in sales. Saw a trailer on their site and wanted to see it but told there were so many people that wanted to see the trailer that I would need to pay a deposit first to hold it, then wouldn't set up a time for me to see it. Asked if there was any odor in the trailer from water leaks as my wife and I have severe allergies and he said no, nothing at all. He did say that the trailer had a couple of small leaks but the owner had done a nice job of repairing them. When we stepped in the trailer even with masks on we immediately smelled a horrible musty moldy odor and found the back wall rotted out. The slide out floor was sagging and rotten from water damage, a cupboard door broken off and much more. When we said there was no way we could buy the trailer he began berating me and swearing, and refused to return the 4,000+ dollar deposit. I gave him 15 days to make it right even offering to buy a more expensive trailer if he would give us a good deal, but he never returned the call and have heard nothing from him since. All the while he hangs on to our deposit and continues to try and sell the trailer. He also wanted an additional 700.00 to have propane tanks, a battery and sewer hose. The worst place ever to buy a trailer and Paul not only lied through his teeth to us but is a thief for keeping our deposit and should not be in sales or business for that matter. STAY AWAY!!!

Paul Buro is a theif. He advertised a 2006 toyota 4runner with 160000km for sale. When i discovered it was a 2005 with 178000km i felt like he was being dishonest and decided not to follow through with the purchase of the vehicle. He became irate with me, swearing and yelling at me and has refused to refund my $3,000 deposit regardless of my countless request to do so. Is ultimatum is if I want to ever see the vehicle I had to pay him in full and he would have it dropped off. I don't even know if the vehicle exist. Be very leery dealing with this man and go on Google reviews for the rv farm to see what I'm talking about.....the man is a scum bag.
