Worst delivery drivers. Do not tip online. Driver threw my pizza ON THE DIRTY GROUND at the WRONG DOOR. I was literally standing at my door watching this fool and after I confront them, this idiot says "well don't pay for it if it's on the floor". Are you dumb? It was paid online. Do you not like tips? I won't leave another tip online at Pizza Pizza, never again. Earn it first. Fire this fool "Umrinder" and get better drivers.

I hope the owner of this place sees this. I downloaded this app just to leave this review. I ordered at night, expecting my food. The operator tells me 45 minutes meanwhile it's already late in the night. The supposed the delivery driver then calls me after and asks me how I'd like to pay so I tell him. Thinking he's dropping my order off soon. I wait an hour plus then think to myself to call the restaurant. I get no answer then call the driver. The guy obviously lies to me telling me that a new driver who's new is taking my order which sounded like nonsense. He then hangs up and I never receive my food. I'll never order here again 0/10 service I encourage no one to order from here. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Absolute garbage service. Ordered a pizza at around 1 am since I was hungry and thid location was still open. An hour later it was still not here. I call them and they say no order at my address is listed on their record. So I order another one. It came within 37 minutes. 3 minutes more and I would have demanded it for free (they did give a time guarantee though). So I got my pizza which I ordered at 1 am, at around 2:45 am. And the pizza itself had barely any onions though I ordered onions on it, and was bland as hell. DO NOT ORDER HERE. FIND ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE. IT SUCKS.

I love Pizza Pizza but lately this location has been lacking in consistency with our orders. The last time I asked for a medium crust pizza but instead my Pizza was half thin crust and some parts the dough was thicker, very disappointing.

Ordered dinner from here a few weeks ago and i was shocked at how bland a pizza could taste. We ordere pepperoni pizza, dipping sauce, chicken wings and drinks. My husband said the wings were average tasting but we could not get over how bad the pizza tasted. We chose to go with the cheaper pizza place and were highly disappointed. Next time i will def spend more $ to get dominoes pizza or pizza hut.

Pizza Pizza is my guilty pleasure when in this part of Canada. Consistantly decent pizza, late hours, fast delivery and really quite tasty chicken wings make this a go-to when I dont want to go out and 60.00 room service doesnt sound good! I'd like to try a more local type restaurant, but often they dont accept American Express...and for my expense account, thats a deal breaker!

Ordered a large pizza (around 7:00pm) while staying at the Hilton Airport through my online "Pizza Pizza" App (pizza originated from this location). Pizza came in about 40 minutes and delivery driver was very courteous. Food was hot and toppings were fresh. Only minor gripe was the crust was just slightly overdone. Other than that, a great experience and would order again!

Absolute worst customer service experience ever. Ordered over the phone, order was not there when went to pick-up for a business lunch. Pizza pizza had called to confirm (1 time but was later told that they called 3 times and I was lying) but I missed the call. We arrived at the location 1 minute after I missed the call. Then proceeded to spend my entire lunch on the phone complaining to customer service, only to be told it was my fault and I should pay more attention next time. A supervisor called back an hour later, very pleasant, and gave me a credit. This culminated in me trying to use the credit today, and was told that no credit existed and I was lying about the call from the supervisor. I WILL NEVER EAT AT PIZZA PIZZA AGAIN. I have also told my colleagues who do lunch orderings and they will not order from Pizza Pizza again.

Don't come to this Pizza Pizza during the night(after nine p.m) you have homeless people and drunk rude people that think there above the law. Other than that pizza is amazing service is great.
