I stopped by yesterday after a Yelp event nearby at Claw & Kitty. I believe this Chipotle replaced Nando's in this plaza. I've definitely been to better locations. When I was deciding on my protein, the girl taking my order literally kept asking me if I was ready (can't you see I'm not???). The sour cream and guac I'm pretty sure were spoiled. I didn't opt for guac because it was brown. The sour cream was liquidy and not thick but I ended up adding it to my bowl (thankfully I feel fine a day later). I got maybe 1 scoop of rice which the girl padded so firmly down at the bottom that you couldn't see it anymore. And don't get me started on the the amount of protein I got. Maybe a half scoop? Super stingy. To make up for this, when I asked for pico de gallo and lettuce they loaded it up to the top to make it look like I had a full bowl. For just shy of $20, I felt jipped. Needless to say, I wasn't fooled. This particular franchise needs to train the employees better (on both the customer service front AND the food prep front). Give bigger portions and SWAP OUT INGREDIENTS WHEN THEY GO BAD. I've read that there's one girl here who actually behaves like a proper employee and gives large portions as well as serving customers with a smile. Maybe I'll return to give them another shot in the future.

3.5 STARS First time trying Chipotle, as I see a lot of Americans raving about it and Yorkdale used to have such huge lines when they first opened up. Got myself a chicken burrito without rice, with other copious amount of toppings. Surprisingly, it was on the smaller end when I unravelled the foil. It tasted like a healthier version of a authentic Mexican burrito. Not sure what the hype is about, but good to try once.

I ordered my food and filipino lady was helpin me when she finished my order she look at the other lady from filipino and start talking their language right in front of me and start giggling... You think this is funny it tells me you have no manners and you are so unprofessional at your job that you have no respect for me as a customer that i have to come their and get my meal and so you can make fun of me because I can't understand your language SHAME ON YOU YOU SHOULD LEARN TO RESPECT PEOPLE

When I lived in Rochester, MN, a Chipotle had just been established. I never ate there. It's still there! My only visits to Chipotle happen to be to the one on Dixie in Mississauga, roughly a five-minute drive from my office. Since working from home, I have not dropped by that location. I have walked by this Chipotle in Markham a handful of times. I am generally in this plaza getting takeout at the various other eateries but this one. I decided a few weeks ago to check Chipotle out. I ordered dinner through the Uber Eats app. There was a promotion happening. If your order is at least $15, you get $3 off. So, I went for it I got the high protein bowl. It had white rice, chicken, steak, black beans, tomatillo red chili salsa, cheese, and shredded romaine lettuce. I typically go with a salad base or drop the rice if it comes with some, but I felt like a change of pace. I placed my order and casually made my way over to the eatery. It was busy, but I never have any problems finding a parking spot. I walked in. The lineup to place an order was ridiculously long. I saw a pickup area where my order was sitting on a shelf. I loved it so much. I found my order, picked it up, and headed out the door. Dash and go! During my brief visit, it was clean inside the eatery. It's set up like your typical Chipotle with tables and chairs, and a fountain drinks area. There are also washrooms. I got into my car and headed home. I then had my dinner. The high protein bowl was yummy. I was full by the time I had polished everything. The chicken and steak were perfectly done. There was lots of flavours happening. The tomatillo red chili salsa with the cheese and shredded romaine lettuce balanced out the proteins. It gave me a bit of my usual salad bowl. I liked the white rice. It was the perfect amount. I can't do half a bowl with rice, so I appreciated not going into a carb coma afterwards. The downside to Chipotle is that it's expensive for what you get. My order hovered just under $20 with taxes and the $3 discount. The portion size was perfect for my liking. I do like that you can customize your order to suit your dietary needs. Don't like cheese? Gone! Want to add guacamole (it's extra)? Sure thing! I'd come back here again. I liked picking up my order and bypassing the lineup. It was convenient and I felt like a VIP. (149)

Ordered for delivery so I can't speak too much about the experience - but Chipotle is a no frills option for me. Quick, easy, and so many options to choose from. I got the Carne Asada bowl, with half barbacoa and an assortment of toppings. The beans, tomato salsa, cheese and lettuce I had added in my bowl tasted pretty good, though the proteins felt like an afterthought, both portion wise and that they were overly chewy.

This Chipotle can super busy in this plaza. Around dinner time the line can snake out the door. Once you are inside though, it's much the same as any other chipotle. I ordered a salad, which is basically the same as a bowl, except you don't have to deal with the poofy lettuce being on the top of your bowl. They remembered to ask if I wanted salad dressing which I declined on. The rest of the salad building is the exact same as building a bowl. I also got chips. I thought these were fine. I really like when there's a stronger hit of lime on them. The guac I got seemed like the avocados could have been a mashed a bit better.

Terrible service and very cheap on portioning. Used to love eating here but because of my repeated experience or lack of food and bad customer service, have never eaten at chipotle in 5 years.

This location is pretty much the same as most other Chipotle spots. Overall it's pretty busy (line ups can happen even at 3pm, when everyone else supposedly had food already), haven't had a visit where there weren't at least 2 other groups in the restaurant. Docked some points because their portions aren't that large. Also they could do better in terms of food prep - literally gave me the stem / head of the lettuce, which was right there when I opened the lid...
