I always leave so full I Dont know why I get fries with this cheeseburger and drink. I can never finish a kid size fries. This burger is really good and filling the topping are what you want them to add. The service is fast and friendly. Its expensive. $21.44 all in. Never disappoints. You will wait for up to ten minutes to eat that fresh made burger with toppings of your choice but its worth it. Clean fast food spot.

I don't know what happened to Five Guys but the last 3 visits, they are now no better than McDonalds but at more than double the McDonalds price. $10 for a hamburger, no cheese, is excessive. Even the burger meat is exactly as thin as McDonalds burger meat. Making things worse, everytime I visit, they prioritize group orders and ignore my single burger. 30 minutes for a simple burger is atrocious especially when they skip your order and do the orders of other people after you. Oh, and the restaurant is disgusting, just look at the picture. Never again. 3 strikes and you're out.

Consistently the BEST burgers! Our go-to order is the bacon cheeseburger, and we just love the unlimited toppings of veggies and sauces they offer. The beef patty is always crispy yet juicy, but not too oily that it soaks the bread. Portions of fries were insane because there were probably more bag fries than the amount of fries actually in the container.

All I hafta to say CAJUN BAG FRIES!!! Friday 13th was straight up fantastic cause of an evening dip into our fav local of 5Guys. Picked up a hot dog, large fries, and bacon cheeseburger. The Large fried were basically like 2 orders of large fries cause the bag have the equivalent of 1 order of fries.

During lockdown we were craving a snack and decided upon getting a cheeseburger from Five Guys. Since we were there, we got a cheesy hotdog and some fries also. The snack quickly became a full meal. The cheeseburger was a lot larger than expected. There are two patties with plenty of cheese in the burger and you are free to add as many toppings as you like. I appreciate when grilled onions and mushrooms are free toppings as they are usually extra cost anywhere else. Great burger with a well made patty. The hotdog was also pretty good. I liked that they cut the hotdog in half lengthwise so there was more surface area for grilling. Top as you like also! Would eat the cheese burger again!

Quick. Juicy. Yummy. Amazing Customer Service. Drooling. Those are the words that pop into my head when I think about Five Guys. The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful! The burgers are ALWAYS juicy every time I come here. Fries are ALWAYS freshly made. This location is pretty busy most of the time. Since I come here after a heavy leg day on Fridays, I always order online for pick up when I'm done my workout. It takes about 10-15 minutes for your order to be ready so by the time I reach Five Guys, my burger is made to how I like it and my fries are fresh and HOT. This place has become my weekly go to. :D

Not too big on burgers but this place definitely changed that mindset. I tried Five Guys when it first opened but haven't been back until recently. Totally forgot how good the burgers were! I got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and it was soo good!! Everything was just perfect, from having a burger patty that was crispy on the outside, to melted cheese and super crispy bacon to go with it. Also tried the cajun fries which was amazing! They don't really offer combos. You have to add on the drink and fries, but with a super filling burger, I can see why making it a combo isn't a common thing. They also have free peanuts which is great! Good way to occupy time while they make your burgers fresh! Overall, this visit just got me hooked and I'll definitely be back soon!

It was Friday at around lunch time (between noon and 2pm) and I was actually looking to go to Sansotei Ramen next door but it was packed (typical). Since I was starving already I thought to check out Five Guys. Disclaimer, to the the shock of many, I've never had Five Guys before. So I gave it a shot. It was popping inside with the nearby Markham office lunch crowd. The line moved fast and I was greeted by a friendly cashier who took my order. I ordered the bacon cheese burger. The menus are located right above the cashiers and they also have the calories next to each item. So I was reminded that my choice for lunch was over 1000 calories... don't worry, I've made worse decisions in my life before. Okay so, once your order is taken you move to the end where everyone else is waiting for their food. The staff have a conveyor belt kind of thing going on where two people are cooking the raw burgers and then two people are assembling the burgers and then one guy is manning the deep fryer and the fries. I actually waited about 15 mins before getting my burger and while waiting I noticed there was a box of peanuts on the counter. I wasn't sure if they were complementary peanuts until I saw someone taking them. Ok the food. So the burger by the time I got home had a bit of condensation on it and because they wrap it up in foil, the bun got a little soft and mushy. I mean, I guess I wasn't expecting crispy toasted buns. The burger itself was absolutely filling and pretty darn tasty. It also cost me about $12+. Was it the best burger I've ever had? No - that award goes to Burger Priest (The Priest burger) but it was actually pretty decent. Overall, if you're in the mood for a solid burger, I would totally recommend Five Guys.

Came here today very poor service their debit machine was not working the manager showed attitude yes she gave my meal free which is very kind of her but not everyone carries cash in todays world afterwards she did give our meal for free and said you can etransfer or don't worry about it so she decided to give our meal free but it is important that you ensure that the credit system is working so these problems don't happen check in the morning make sure the system is working efficiently or put a sign that you are only taking cash, definitely lack of organization corporate need to take accountability and fix these problems so the customer gets the best experience
