I found out about this place after trying to hunt down salt bread in the GTA. We showed up at around 5pm which was after their baking time at 4pm. There were still plenty of salt breads left in the display. Each salt bread was priced at 3.50 which is a very decent price. We also grabbed a couple of other baked goods including the chocolate cone and twisted donut. The staff was super nice and even handed us our goodies in a reusable bag! Big plus! The salt bread was only okay in my opinion. The top was a bit hard and it felt over baked. It wasn't also as soft as other salt breads that I've tried before. The other baked goods were also okay. Definitely try this place out if you're on the hunt for some salt bread.

Popped into the shop for dessert with my cousin, who had a hankering for that Korean-style milky shaved ice. My soy allergy, which oddly enough makes me steer clear of anything circular (like beans), narrowed our options to fruity, candy-like, or black sesame flavors. Double-checking for allergens, I was reassured by the staff that they could set aside any offending ingredients in my order. When our order arrived, it was noticeably smaller than expected. The flavor was decent, but the occasional ice chunk disrupted the smooth experience, hinting at a possible milk-and-water mix used to cut costs--a no-go for true milky shaved ice aficionados. My three-star rating is a nod to the accommodating staff who navigated my dietary needs, not the dessert itself. It's unlikely I'll revisit for the shaved ice unless it's the pick of a different friend group for something else.

4 star is for their salt bread and lovely service. Came here on a weekend to try their salt bread. Had to wait about 30 minutes as they have freshly made batches coming out about 3x a day. Not a big deal at all! We decided to get a snack from a neighbouring food stall while we waited. When the salt bread was ready, we got 3. We ate one fresh there and it was really delicious (can't really go wrong with freshly baked bread). Nice and buttery and salty without being too greasy. It was super tasty. We had another one at home and even warming it up a bit, didn't taste as good. Would highly recommend eating them as soon as you get them! Service was also great. So nice. Would definitely buy their salt bread again if in the area and would give their other baked goods like the red bean bun a try too. Ps. They have interesting drinks on the menu as well!

Amazing establishment! Owner was super nice and attentive! I ordered an oreo bingsu and he give me a free swirl of ice cream and their famous cream puff to try which was all super! I highly recommend if you're in the food court for the Shops at Yonge to grab dessert here! Definitely will be returning and spreading word about this place
