They were open late night. I wanted poutine. No dine in when we got there. The lady ahead of me seemed to have some sort of language barrier or issue in her attempt at treating the staff like they were stupid, or incompetent. I had to bite my tongue. I experienced no issue ordering. My order was ready quickly. This seemed to upset the lady in front of me. If she ever sees this, I hope you received the well done charcoal patty you requested. Staff was very kind and patient.

Harvey's in general is pretty average. Their burgers are okkk, but they are very generous with their toppings They are one of the few places that offer hotdogs alongside their typical burgers.

The offer of two Harvey's Junior burgers for $3.00 was enough to get me out of the house and into this White Shield Plaza location. January 27th is the final day for this promotion...no coupon required but it can't be combined with other offers nor a combo. Flame-grilled is where it's at and as good as if you were stationed at your own backyard BBQ pit. The unique cooking allows the burger juices to sweat away from the meat. You can dress up your burger however you like. For me, it's the works with extra pickles on the side! Service was fast and efficient for a delicious $3.15 lunch.

It's a Harvey, it fairly big.... food is good, fairly clean. Service is quick. I see no major flaws. They have more options to dress your burger which is pretty good.

This spot is fairly busy on a Friday afternoon. Its interior is impeccably clean and there are plenty of places to sit whether in groups or for two. There are more than enough options of topping for your burger - whether angus or original - with my favourite being the tzaziki. I find it a great spot since you're in control of what's put on your burger and because they offer both onion rings and fries as a side. Size wise, the burgers are not the biggest yet are filling enough.

This use to be the best burgers joint in town second to Johnny; however, it has turned for the worst. Every time I've came here to get a burger the cook forever undercooking them. I finally got fed up and decided to return the burger because of it. The cook and the manager had the nerves to argue with me. I have never heard of a burger being pink in the inside. I certainly won't come back to this place until they straighten out their act.

Had a great experience here. Everyone enjoyed their food and getting to put whatever toppings they wanted on their burgers. I had the veggie burger and sweet potato fries ~ would definitely go back again.

We came back here last weekend for some emergency burgers (I hadn't eaten in hours, which puts me and everyone around me squarely in the Danger Zone.) The service was really quick and polite. I was truly able to get my breaded chicken burger my way and it tasted pretty good. I think. I didn't so much eat it as swallow it whole. I'm generally not a huge fan of Harvey's but the fact that we were able to go from super hungry to fed in the span of 8 minutes was a huge bonus. Also, this is THE Harvey's of my childhood. Most of my memories of my grandpa involve walking here from my family's house nearby and getting burgers. Good times.

For this visit, if I could give a rating of zero stars I would have. It was 9pm (10Mar2022) when I entered the restaurant. The staff was cleaning the restaurant. I noticed one staff member was cleaning the glass where the garnish display is located. I placed my order and went to stand at the garnish station then realized that the server had sprayed window cleaner on the glass over the garnish and it was not covered. I waited for my burger to be ready and decided not to add any veggies to the burger, only mustard and mayo. I pointed out to the server that she should only clean the glass when the garnish is covered, I got a vacant look and an oh. As I left, I looked over at the restaurant from my car and the server was cleaning the top of the display, I did not bother to look at whether she had covered the veggies at all. The server really needs to take the food handling course since she could make someone sick by doing this.

Sigh. The food here is DELICIOUS!! Its usually always fresh... Occasionally the bun is stale but for the most part, it's great. The only problem at this place really is the NASTY washrooms!! If you are having a washroom emergency....go in the grass or anywhere else but here. It's always disgusting. It smells, rarely toilet paper, and always always filthy, plus the cracks between the stalls are huge. Very uncomfortable
