This place still is a 5 star rating in my book. I came for the wonton and beef brisket egg noodle soup. The wontons were full (I mean full) of shrimp and wonderful tasting and the beef brisket was tender AF. I can't say enough of this place. It is awesome. And the price is right $16.05 including tax It is well worth it. The bowls are a little small but the quality of the meal trumps it by far. I will be back again And I recommend this place to all wonton lovers.

I found the broth on the saltier side and the shrimp wontons were smaller than other wonton spots I've been to. Beef brisket was tender and flavourful. The lemon tea was very sweet. Overall, a great spot to visit but shy of 5 stars.

After hearing good things about Wonton Hut, finally got to try! Lots of parking in the busy plaza. Debit or cash only. Casual dining at its best! You walk in and it feels like HK, with photos of celebrities lining the entrance wall. Service is fast and efficient. Small spot but tables turn quickly as staff work hard and fast to serve and flip tables. Food is GREAT. The classic wonton here has lots of shrimp and wood ear, giving them great texture and flavour. I also like the beef brisket. You can buy their housemade chili oil by the jar. Will definitely be back!

If you're in the mood for good wonton noodle soup, this is the place. I love wonton soup and we have a couple of great places in the SGV so I wanted to try Toronto's highly recommended place. It didn't disappoint as the wontons were larger with shrimp and pork and the noodles were HK style thin. Broth probably could use a little more shrimp flavoring but good. The beef noodle soup was okay but a bit chintzy on the beef. The stewed beef was on point with flavor but I didn't care much for the use of the thin noodle. Broth was a little week compared to others I've had on my travels. Overall, a good meal. Service was okay and the ambiance is super casual. Probably not a destination spot but a good choice if you're in the Markham area and tired of dim sum.

Another good place for a quick meal. This is a Cantonese noodle place, menu is simple, and services are quick. Entrance looks small and hidden from outside, but inside is bigger and deep. Shrimp wonton soup is delicious and fresh.

This is an unassuming little wonton place with a really small simple menu. I like how I wasn't struggling to pick something. I went with the shrimp wonton which is mostly made with shrimp but it does have some shrimp roe and pork. All I tasted was shrimp to be honest. You can choose between the white flat wide rice noodle or the thinner yellow egg noodle. My preference between the two changes. I am tempted to try the other wonton which is a traditional one with shrimp, pork, mushroom and bamboo shoots. I've never heard of that before but I was tempted but bamboo shoots is an acquired taste I think. Maybe next time. It was recently remodeled and the entrance has all these pictures of TVB celebrities stopping by so if you prefer celebrity endorsements instead of more down to earth Yelpers, you do you. TVB by the way is a Chinese media company that produces soap opera like series, much better than the soap operas we have stateside and more prestige I think but that itself warrants a seperate review to understand. Please note this place like others in the greater Toronto area only takes cash or a debit card.

Pretty good and authentic Cantonese style wontons. The noodles were the deduction of the star. The Queen street location downtown Toronto is better from cleanliness to service to freshness and quality. The noodles used there were different. Overall pretty good though.

Came by for lunch the other day and it was a mediocre experience. Parking is plentiful in the private strip mall. Some staff inside the restaurant wore a mask and disposable gloves. Tables are closely placed together, just like in Hong Kong. Started off with the wonton noodle soup and it was decent. Portions were generous and the wontons were huge with flavorful and juicy shrimp. This may have been the highlight of the meal. Moved on to the dace fish ball noodle soup and it was lackluster. The fish balls didn't have too much fish and both the noodles and broth were on the bland side... Had an iced milk tea and it was creamy and not too sweet, a great way to end off the meal. ~$18 after tax and gratuity. Domestic cash or debit card accepted.

Classic comfort food. The wontons have fill of shrimps and pork. The skin are not too thick. The noodles are bouncy and chewy. The broth is seafood based. You can order on the a qr code. Simple store but they do it right

Wonton cravings get satisfied here. Got takeout here today and it didn't disappoint. Wontons are huge with copious amounts of shrimp stuffed inside. Noodles are al dente and chewy just how I like them to be and the soup is light and clear with umami flavour. The chili oil they provide is a must, to bring everything together in harmony. Service is your typical order your food, eat and leave as the place is tiny, so a lot of patrons order them to go. Portions are just enough to keep you feeling good and not heavy or lazy later.
