If I could give less rating, I would. This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip to Toronto - it was not! The lady at the counter was absolutely rude. She messed up our order four times, to the point where I had to ask for the manager, and she stated the manager was gone for the night. So I asked to speak to who was in charge, and she stated that person was indispensable due to a personal matter. So, I said, fine - let's just try to make the best of this for my son. Then the food arrived. I was told the order of fries was enough for 3 - 4 people to share. I literally counted them and there were 12 small, shoestring fries. I suppose if each person got 3 - 4 fries, they could certainly share them. Then the pizza was so small and dry - neither one of us touched it. The food went uneaten by us as we left it there for them to manage. We tried to get our cotton candy, but she said she didn't hear us request for this on the order, when I asked her about it twice, and she asked if we wanted 1 or 2, and I said 2 and held up 2 fingers. Even still - it was a horrible experience and I don't recommend ANYONE looking for a fun time to go here, which is sad because I used to love Chuck E. Cheese. I remember when it was magical and I had my 10th birthday here. Well, such as life. Now I know why there was only 3 families there. Long story short - we won't be back! (Unless there's a SIGNIFICANT change.)

This is pure kid craziness ...the facility is well used so bring the hand sanitizer but staff are friendly and my toddler let best every visit. They have a decent loyalty program and laugh if you will, but I think the salad bar is decent givenn the context ! Few of the games need some maintenance for sure but kids love the place!

I'm used to gong to the east end one mostly for birthday parties. This one was good. Kiddo had fun ~ I always knew tokens were expensive but wow! 3 adults & 2 kids, having lunch (pizza) and tokens was about $80. I guess it's fine if you include food. Unfortunately for me, my kiddo is spend-y and likes to drop coins into the slots and walk away. Ha ha ha. As is life with children. The pizza did take an extraordinarily long time to come - 45 minutes! Lucky it wasn't a week day or they would have had to pony up a free dessert, says their signage. The kids have fun, and this location still has the big climbing apparatus with a slide. Needless to say, I get daily requests to return to Chuck E Cheese.

I went to Chuck E Chesse's recently only for the pizza because I remember Chuck E Cheese's pizza from when I was a kid and it was really good! Unfortunately, that is all over. Their pizza is priced like gourmet pizza (very expensive!!!) and I'm pretty sure its just frozen pizza. Their pizza is not good at all. If it was half the price it is now my rating would still only be 2. Their pizza would get a 3 if it was 1/4 the price it is now but nothing can bring their rating above that. Too bad because Chuck E Cheese's used to be a good place with good food even if it was 25 years ago.

DANGEROUS for kids and parents! Management does not care ! Went there with my kids on May 2nd, 2010 and got threatened by another customer ("shut the f&&% up or I punch you in the face") - the manager on duty did not care at all. His response was "thank you for bringing this to our attention". Here is the incident in detail: my 2 yr old daughter was playing in the TODDLER area and two other boys (age around 6 and 10) were "playing" there too ... the boys understanding of playing was to PUSH and KICK other children as well verbally assaulting them ("wanna try me, huh?) ... the adult in charge of the two boys did not pay attention at all to what his boys were doing ... when i went to him to tell him in a CALM voice that he should perhaps keep an eye on them and that the 12 yr old should perhaps not play in the toddler area at all the man got VERY ANGRY and started to verbally ASSAULT me, THREATEN me, YELLING at me and point his finger right in my face etc !!! Even when I walked away he kept following me ..... When I described the above incident to the MANAGER on duty he his response was "thank you for bringing this to our attention" and then he just walked away without even talking to the other man !!! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! Chuck E Cheese should be a safe place for kids and parent to hang out and have fun !!! the manager should be trained to not only care about CHILDREN BEING ASSAULATED and PARENTS BEING THREATENED on his premises - he should also be trained to handle situations like that professionally !!! I am extremely disappointed by this particular Chuck E Cheese location and CANNOT RECOMMEND this location to any parent unless you don't care about your kids safety !!

I agree with Michael S on the belligerence of some parents at Chuckee Cheese and the total lack of empathy by the the staff. I would also like to add that place is one of the most unclean places I have ever seen. My daughter (when she was 3) managed to get herself stuck in one of the tubes and I went in to get her out....the smell of urine was wafting in from the tube. I told the manager and he said he would ask someone to take care of it. But I was told by a friend, who took his kids to the same location, that the smell of urine was still there. DISGUSTING. I was planning a corporate party for 400. When the venue we had originally booked cancelled on us a week before this locations manager Ahmad came to my rescue!! They were extremely accommodating and our event went off without a hitch. Our almost 400 parents and kids all left completely happy. As the organizer I was completely stress free as Ahmad took care of everything and ensured every detail was looked after. The food was good the facility extremely clean at all times and his staff/helpers were so lovely. I honestly had the best experience as did our guests. I highly recommend this location to families and to other companies for corporate events!!!

Honestly the customer service is BAD but I'm going there to play games with my child and she loves it so I suck it up and criticize the employees in my head. There's alway coupons available so it's not a bad price. I spend about 1-1.5 hours with 45 points which is about $12 with the online coupon. They also have the 90 points for $20 online as well it's a better value than the all you can play passes because it takes longer to go through the points than if you purchase 30 min- 1 hour of all you can play time. Washrooms and facility are clean and well maintained. Especially considering the age of this place. The food is expensive expect to spend about $13 for a personal size pizza and drink. And it will take over 20 minutes to make. I don't think it should take that long for a pizza to be made. Probably the staff at the back dragging their feet. The salad bar looks ok but unsanitary as all the food is left sitting out exposed to everyone walking by. Ok so back to the employees. About half of them are friendly and there's one lady who is always there at the front door who greets us warmly. On my last visit it was empty with only about 5 guests. The front desk staff kept disappearing into the back and had to be summoned by the other employees. On my last visit the front desk staff were TERRIBLE. They clearly hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. One employee at the ticket redemption counter interacted with me without opening her mouth or saying one word. Just walked out, stared at me and blinked, took my ticket slapped the items on the counter and slowly walked away dragging her feet with her cell phone hanging out of her back pocket. No hello goodbye no smile. Just literally glared and blinked. Chuck e cheese character came out twice during our visit. The first was clearly unhappy and barely moved around or danced. The second was better and interacted a bit with the kids. She was the lady from the front door. I wanted to take pictures but they scrambled away into the coat closet so fast after the song and didn't stop to take photos with the kids. Clearly they don't like putting on the costume. This place would be soooo much better with better management and better selection of staff. It's not hard to hire an employee who smiles and speaks to their customers. The games are usually in good order and they get repaired frequently. It's a good place to visit as long as you go in with very low expectations of customer service.
