Went here on a Saturday around 11:00am, was seated pretty quickly. It's quite loud and a little messy. Our server was very attentive and always checked in with us for coffee refills. I ordered the breakfast hash and added bacon. I feel like a lot of the menu items are just the same things but rearranged, or they add a single extra ingredient. The home fries are nice and big. My egg was nice and runny, and bacon was crispy. It was a lot and really filling. It came out to around $15. I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and that was okay. It has a strong yogurt taste, and is not very sweet. Imagine if you had a yogen fruz strawberry froyo but removed the sugar. My boyfriend got the meat lovers scrambler and he said it was good. Portion size was nice and they give you bread and fruit on the side. The coffee was alright, you get free refills which is nice. Total came out to $48 after tip. Pretty alright, it's nice that it's near the airport and the International Centre.

Cute clean location! Staff very friendly! Washrooms were clean! Food was fresh and came out fast! Only sad part was it said fresh fruits and had photos of other stuff. We only got melon (was nice but wanted more options) They only asked if we wanted a coffee refill at the end. No one came to check on us (but we were happily eating away at our meals) Want to try other options next time~

October 15/2021: Having a Friday morning breakfast. This wasn't good people. In fact I was very disappointed. The food was terrible. The potato's with the breakfast were barely warm & WAY over spiced & the bacon was undercooked as well. I give it a 1 star for the breakfast & a star for the cleanliness. The restaurant was clean & well cared for. Our server (Kim) was very nice & polite, no complaints there. This is NOT a do-over for me.

This place is a waste of time! We waited 55 minutes for a burger and poutine! They did not tell us it would take this long when we sat down or we would not have eaten here as we had places to be. When we asked the waiter what was the hold up, she stated this restaurant was busy...so clearly their kitchen can't keep up with their restaurant being at half capacity. When the food finally arrived it was disappointing at best. The poutine was bland, not even the addition of a egg helped give it flavor and it has a gross after taste that lingered. The burger was even worse! Super bland and the patty was a weird texture that I ended up spitting it out. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Nice location by the airport tucked in a plaza with many other stores. This location is very modern, clean and has great service. Food was prompt and tasty. It was seasoned well and got me really full. I had the farmer's hash with scrambled eggs, avocado and bacon. The server I had was fast and responded quickly to my requests. I came when it was slow but this place got busy very quickly especially being close to the airport.

I've eaten at other Eggsmart locations, and this one was definitely sub par. We arrived around 11:03AM, and the restaurant was maybe half full. The waitress was super nice and friendly, and came to take the drink order right away while my other half was still on the way from the car. The coffee and water was brought out quite promptly. She gave us some time to look at the menus, and came back to take our order. We then proceeded to wait nearly 40 minutes for the food. It came out after 12:00PM. It was not at all busy in the restaurant, but we heard one of the other waitresses say that it's because they're swamped with takeout orders due to the bad weather. Why should our orders be delayed because of take out orders? Waiting nearly an hour for food is unacceptable.

No stars earned today. If I could take points away I would. We have been here almost 2 hours now. Food finally came, many errors with the service. Toast delivery 15 minutes after eggs served, and that was only after asking 3 times. Not only would I never come to this franchise, but I would not recommend this chain to anyone ever.

Today was an exceptional experience. My and my daughter stopped by this morning around 10:45 am. We were greeted by a waitress as soon as we opened the door - we choose the booth which was located near the bathroom. Which was okay because usually if sitting near a bathroom - all your breathing and eating is the smell. There was none!!! No smells. It started to get very busy, gradually as the time went on. Our waitress was a petite lady with a warm and friendly smile ( the same one that greeted us at the door). Every time she stopped to ask our order, more hot water, here's your food, hows the taste- just a radiant smile. The manger or owner of the restaurant was very on point with getting the food out and working with the staff. The food was pushing out and the quality and care was there. The food portion was also enormous- lol. My eyes were bigger then my belly - unfortunately I didn't take a picture. The kids meal is $4.99 plus and additional $1.59 for the kids drink. But the size of the food even for the kids meal.... my daughter was struggling. I was even thinking that I should have just taking one of her pancakes instead of ordering my own.
