If there were more stars, I would choose them. In Toronto Canada, and I have had a vehicle for 2 weeks, and from start to finish Enterprise staff at Dundas street have been fantastic. Nothing seems to be too much trouble to them, they are a credit to the company. Thank you so much. We have come from Wales in the UK, plus I needed disability adaptation on the steering wheel. No problem, and no extra charge!!

Avoid renting from this enterprise at all costs. I had rented a vehicle over a month ago, returned it with no issues, cleared to go and no damages were claimed upon my return by the employee at the Pearson rental return. I even recived my receipt immediately upon return stating the vehicle condition "no damages". Verbally the employee also cleared the vehicle of no issues or damages. This location, one month later is trying to send me a bill for $500 stating there had been damages upon the return, despite having documents claiming no damage, as well as a video recording I did of the employee inspecting the vehicle for purposes like this. Absolutely avoid this company unless you want to be held accountable for made up damages. Be diligent as well and make sure you record and document everything for purposes like this!

Amazing service every time time. I rent from enterprise YYz often and the process is speedy and easy and staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Last time Sharon helped me and she was great friendly and made sure I had everything I needed

They gave us this tiny little 4WD Mitsubishi that is so undriveable. There's no insulation and the ride is really choppy. My whole body becomes sore just after an hour on the freeway. What a shame they can go so cheap to stock up their fleet.

Updated- I have done that 3 times. And each time I contact you. I get told someone will get back to me and no one ever does. Why can't I just call the desk at the location. I don't understand why that is so difficult. I rented a car here and dropped it off on Wednesday evening. I have talked to numerous people. but cannot get through to the location. they never answer and it tells me to call back. I left some expensive electronics in the car and would like them back please. I don't know why it's so hard to talk to this location. everyone i talk to at the central line tells me they have messaged the location and they will call me back. no calls.

Got there at 1:35 am due to my flight being delayed, had a reservation. There was no one at the counter and the door was locked. All signage says online and otherwise indicates they are open until 2am. National and Hertz were both manned at this time, would suggest using one of them.

I booked a car for me to have whike in Ontario from Alberta. I paid with my debt visa . Get thete they wont allow me to bc I didn't have a credit card. Left me stuck in Toronto trying to find someone to get me bc I was visiting 2 hours away. Now I have no way back to airport. I am livid. I can't go see my kids now .

Horrible experience. Enterprise charged us for damages (Enterprise Rental Agreement 567965336). Okay... we requested a damage report to share with our insurance company, but Enterprise completely ignored us. We called, sent multiple emails to the damage repair unit and general support--yet received no response. This is pure customer negligence, the worst part is that it costs us a lot of money!!!

This was a really tricky area to get to if you didn't fly into Pearson. There is signage inside of the airport that directs you where to go but if you're driving to this branch to rent a car (they seem to have more options for drop-offs from this location interestingly enough), it's confusing. The signs from the 409 only tell you were to go to drop-off a previously rented car which is towards departures (you'd think it would be at arrivals right?). Well, this is actually where you want to go to pickup a car as well. So yes, we drove a car here to rent a car since we dropping someone off. There's only one entrance for personal vehicles into the parking structure that houses ALL of the rental car places so it might be a little confusing. There are a lot of entrances that are blocked off so pay attention to the signs and don't drive your car over the road spikes. When you finally get inside, it's a little confusing on where to park because there are a ton of barriers and toll booths. Most of it is only one-way driving. There did end up being parking right outside of the Enterprise area but I have no idea how you actually drive there. At one point we tried calling the desk for directions but no one picked up. The inside where the counters are is actually really nice and modern. We went later at night so there was only one agent working there. The area there is pretty large and there's enough space to socially distance. The compact SUV that was booked online was somehow not available. The agent let us know that he had equivalent ones. This one actually turned out better as they wound up giving us a 2020 Mazda CX-3, AWD for that winter driving, with only 20km on it! It came complete with new car smell and was very clean on the inside. It also had some great features that were good for driving long distances with a digital infotainment system that can connect to your phone through Bluetooth/USB/etc. I'm not sure if all of their cars have these types of features in mind but definitely ask as they were super convenient. The entire process (minus finding out how to get there) took less than 10 minutes. Super easy process and so happy with the quality of the car that we got!

I rented an Enterprise car from a small town in northern Canada. Gunpreet drove the car from a location over an hour away, and arrived early because he knew I had an airport deadline. The car was pristine. We had an incident with the car resulting in minor damage. Gunpreet's first question was, "Is everyone okay?" Then he said, "Enjoy your holiday. The insurance you purchased fully covers the damage." I would rent from Enterprise again.
