A great choice for Park and Fly. Lot is secure and well lit. Shuttle runs 24/7 and is a big bus with a helpful driver. Typical Hampton. The breakfast area was kept clean and well-stocked. Trays are available to take food back to the rooms. Front desk was courteous a staffed with 3 for a busy time. The room was perfect for an overnight stay; there's restaurants in adjacent hotels.

I have been to the Hampton Inn more than a few times in the last few months. It is not fancy but you get a great night sleep in a spacious bed, the room is very clean and organized The showers have plenty of hot water as well. The front desk staff are very plesant and the price is economical, which is important when everyone is trying to save a nickel or two.

Room was fine but the web site is false about providing transport to the hotel. In fact when I asked the person checking us in laughed-an said the web site is wrong. Not appropriate at all. I would have stay in town at a nicer place. Very disappointing ting for a Hilton Honors hotel!!!

Planned a night stay prior to our fight from Toronto to Rome. This location was perfect. Checking in on 4/30, desk staff was very helpful in getting us settled in our two rooms. Rooms were spotless, clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was "restaurant" quality for a hotel without a dedicated restaurant. Food was plentiful and many choices were available. Used the app for check in/check out. Digital key also with Hilton Honors app. Simply easy and no problems. Highly recommend this location for those needing a place close to Pearson Airport.

This Hampton Inn is located right outside the airport, with one of side of the hotel facing the airport. The parking lot for this location is not that big and it's $20/night to park there. There is street parking adjacent to the hotel, but not being from the area, I was not comfortable leaving my vehicle in an area not covered by surveillance. The customer service by the staff at the front desk is ok. One lady was very helpful while the other one seem to be having a bad day, because she didn't smile once and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by making her do work. I checked in through Digital Check in so the process was quick and I made my way up to my room. Accommodations are decent size, but the room is designed to not have an area where you can sit down and enjoy some food while watching TV. I found myself digging into my engineering background and using the ironing board with a towel to sit on the bed and enjoy my meal while watching some sports. The room appeared clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The towels in the bathroom though were pretty rough. It felt like sandpaper instead of the soft bath towels that I am used to seeing at most Hampton Inns. I did not take advantage of the morning continental breakfast, but as I checked out early there were many folks enjoying themselves. I am giving 4-stars as a result of the customer service and their linens.

Stayed here the other night as it was the cheapest in the GTA right next to the airport and 20 minutes away from Downtown. Street parking is free, and saves $15/night. Room was quiet and comfortable, despite being next to the airport and having a window-based air conditioner that was controlled by a wall unit. Bathroom was in great shape with fantastic water pressure, curved shower curtain, and amenities including mouthwash, shower gel along with the standard soap and shampoos! Selection of TV channels were great and included US and HD TV channels! Complimentary WiFi was sufficient and the black out curtains made sleeping through the night a breeze! Complimentary breakfast was available for those that are less picky with food and are ok with frozen sausage patties, waffles etc. Staff was friendly and in uniform too!

I stayed here for 1 night this past Saturday evening with my fiancé. Since we didn't want to pay downtown Toronto hotel prices we decided to stay out at the much more reasonably priced airport area knowing they had a $12 parking surcharge. This Hampton inn was pretty nice as it was brightly lit, looked pretty modern and I felt very comfortable in it. They also had quite a nice complimentary breakfast which was consistent with other Hampton inns that I have stayed at and free wifi. The bottom line for me is that I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to someone else. It's only 15-20 minutes from downtown Toronto, has a great breakfast and is a great value for the cost.

I have stayed at this location several times, as have family members, and have always had a good experience. The latest reservation (for a non-stay actually), is the one prompting this review. I fully understand the policy of cancellations within 24 hours, but given that I made and attempted the cancellation within an hour (my daughter's flight was going to be late, but ended up arriving on time, so no room was needed), I was hoping that an exception could be made. When I called the front desk to cancel they told me that since I booked online I would need to contact customer service for a possible refund. Which I did. Through several calls/emails with Hilton, it was reported by the hotel that a successful check-in and check-out occurred, therefore no refund would be possible. My daughter didn't even enter the hotel, so I am not sure who checked in and out. Customer service inquired again, and the reason given was that we checked out and that the hotel was fully booked that night, so no refund. Again, I understand that policy, and and am fine with not receiving a refund, but I do take exception to my cancellation of the room by calling the hotel, now being turned into us trying to get our money back after using the room. And then the hotel being fully booked being added in as a reason several weeks later. It just seems dishonest to me.

So impressed with the front-line staff of this hotel. Super friendly and accommodating. We needed a hotel near the International Center. In all the places I've stayed at on the strip, this one is at the very top for service. Enza and Garan insisted on making sure our stay was a good one. They even ordered us some food. So impressed! We were here for the Toronto #powersports show BTW... #braap #ontariosnowtrails
