Never book with them. They are completely unreliable. I booked a wheel chair taxi several days in advance to bring my mother to the hospital for a heart test that she had been waiting 1 month for. I booked the trip 5 days in advance and called the day before the trip to re- confirm. I was assured there would be no problems. Five minutes before they were scheduled to come they cancelled! I had to cancel the hospital appointment and now have to rebook. THEY HAVE NO REGARD for the customer

Cab came on time . But when we asked for a van because my husband is disabled with a back condition , and can't sit far down in a car .. (took us to credit Valley hopital even )..he over charged us . So my husband asked why . ???Just 3 days ago ..same ride . Same van . Same cab company . Was $5.00 cheaper ..he said because it's a van , it cost $10.00 more. ..I'm giving you a deal at $5.00 . We couldn't do anything , for we would be late for our appointment. ..we just said we would not use them again .....did not know mississauga taxie charged $10.00 more if you are HANDICAPPED. ....HOW PATHETIC IS THAT .... never will use them again ...

I usually take the blue and white taxi but thought I would try another company out. I was not satisfied with the ride I normally have. When I called for a taxi the taxi driver answered and said" hello!!" I had to ask if I called the taxi. The taxi arrived in my house in 15 min and he asked if I was going to need a ride back home, I said yes and he said I would have to find another taxi back. On the way there he would have taken a long way because he didn't know where he was and had no GPS, I had to guide him to my destination not to mention that he was on the phone half way talking in Arabic The driving wad not good, he kept switching lanes. He did not receive a tip from me.

Had to recently take them while in mississauga and needing a ride to the airport. It was alright. The driver was there a few minutes late but I was in an industrial area that even I find hard to locate or give directions to. Cab was standard fare for cabs in toronto too. Driver was ok, however it amazed and scared me that he didn't seem to have a gps. He was quiet which can be nice sometimes. I haven't decided if a talkative driver is a good thing. However, one who is just on his cellphone talking away is a no no, especially if he is so loud you can't take a quick nap in the taxi.

Just under 7 months after my original ride with Mississauga Taxi during which I paid by credit card, I was fraudulently charged a duplicate of my fair from my original ride. Whether this was accidental or malicious fraud I'm not sure, however I do not recommend paying by credit with this company. The ride itself was not memorably good or bad.

Worst cab company ever. Put you on hold forever. Cabs don't show up. They lied and said a cab came and called my number several times when no such thing happened. I was annoyed and they hung up on me instead of apologizing. They hang up on you when you want to speak to a supervisor. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. You will be so much better off.

Step 1) Call cab company and be promised cab in less than 10 minutes. Step 2) Wait nearly 30 minutes for cab. Step 3) Receive call from lost cab driver. Step 4) Watch as cab rolls through parking lot and begins driving away. Step 5) Chase cab down while waving your arms like an idiot. Step 6) Cab driver stops. Says nothing. Get in. Give address. Step 7) Cab driver has no idea where he's going. Watch cab driver struggle and punch in gps while drifting out of lane. Step 8) Arrive at home. Cab driver says nothing. Step 9) Get out. Cab driver says nothing. 10/10 would play 3rd world transportation simulator again.

Recently called on behalf of an elderly person needing to go to the hospital. At first, I was put on a very long hold, I had to hang up and call again. The van showed up pretty fast but the driver was aware of where this elderly man was going (hospital) and argued with him on closing the heavy sliding door. The driver could have gotten out of the car and helped the customer. I had to run back outside to say something. I called the company to complain about the driver stating "this gentleman is sick and hurt and your driver was yelling at him to close the door". The operator's response was "how sick? will he vomit in the car?" to which my reply obviously was " THATS YOUR MAIN CONCERN RIGHT NOW?!" his reply was that his concern is the health and safety of the driver and the cleanliness of the car. I would have called an ambulance had I seen blood or vomit. This man was up in age and was okay to walk and chat with me during the wait for the taxi. NO BODILY FLUIDS I don't live in Mississauga, I also drive my own car (which was unavailable to help at the time) but I was told about this taxi number as a good one to call. This is now the second time I have seen a bad experience with it and looking at the reviews online I can't believe they still get calls.

The cab was on time. The driver was a friendly and courteous guy, and an interesting conversation partner. He drove well, obeyed the traffic signs, and helped me with the bags. The sedan was comfortable. Standard fare.

I would not recommend this taxi company to anyone. I needed a taxi form square one normally a $10 fair I needed a van to accommodate my wife, infant son myself my wife's walker and sons stroller and groceries from the Walmart so I picked out van 555 which was the first van behind a number of sedans never a word of an extra charge for use of a van until I was dropped off at my doorstep and my stuff unloaded while he did help unload he kept the meter running while doing so I asked how much I owed the meter said 11.50 when I arrived and 12.50 after everything was unloaded then he said that the fair was $20 when I tried t dispute that based on what the meter had said.i didn't want to make a scene in front of my neighbours and went in and called the company directly every time I called management was never in the office to help resolve my issue the real question is what was he charging me to help load the stroller or the walker both illegal to do I am planning to take it up with the city
