Food here is a 10/10. I've ordered their sushi before but this time I was feeling different and so I ordered the K-chicken BOP, which came with chicken, noodles, egg, and rice. Boy was I not disappointed! I found the portions was quite large and generous and the sauce they drizzled over it made it extremely delicious x2. Despite several others ordering before me and my mom, the food we ordered still came out quite fast. This place is located in Sino Mall in Mississauga's Chinatown. Shouldn't be too hard to find considering the fact that it's in the grocery shop's food court.

My sister and I were craving Korean-style chicken and were in the area. We tried some of Moteru Sushi's bentos for the first time and loved it. The ladies working there are incredibly sweet and friendly. The shop itself is located in the middle of Sino Mall's food court. You won't have any trouble finding a table. It's a good place for grabbing a quick meal with friends and family.

My sweetie and I came to the Sino Mall Food Court because I wanted Sashimi while she was in the mood for Curry Katsu. Their menu changed/updated a few months ago. Excellent value and food quality! Service was courteous and our meals were ready in 10 minutes. Casual seating was available tonight.

Moteru Sushi is located in the food court, but the rolls we got were fresh and tasted great. We ordered the French Kiss and Hot Lady rolls and both had lots of filling. The lady at the counter was polite and quick. Another customer ordered the Korean chicken and it looked really good. We will definitely return!

Preface: When it comes to sushi, I'm pretty traditional as I prefer the fish to be the star as opposed to fancy plating, sauces, crispies, and other frills. So although Moteru seems to be the latter, the sushi was still good. Moteru has 2 locations in Mississauga and the first one is a stall in the food court at Mississauga Chinatown. I believe only part of the menu is posted around the stall while there is a smaller, printed menu on the counter. Because of this, I did feel a bit rushed to place my order as I didn't see any takeaway menus to grab. Not sure if I just ordered the wrong rolls, but almost all of them had sauces and crispies - again, nothing against these additions, just a personal preference. Although I didn't order their huge rolls, Moteru is similar to Hiroi in Meadowvale.

Got this magnificent maki tray from hidden gem; Moteru Sushi! Here's what we got: Large Maki Tray, 56 pcs - Big California Roll (8), Spicy Mix Roll (8), Salmon Avocado, Dragon Roll (10), Dynamite Roll (10), Kamikaze Roll (10), Unagi Dragon Roll (10) This was our first time trying their sushi and all I could think was hidden gem INDEED. Each roll was so thick and filling, and I mean the stuffing not the rice part (I have had some places where it's little stuffing and more rice which I'm not a fan of) but this place knew what they were doing! My favourite was the "Kamikaze Roll" the description on their menu is as follows: tempura style roll with deep fried spicy salmon, tuna, avocado & cream cheese topped with spicy sauce (Y) I love any deep fried roll with cream cheese so this was not a surprise lolol but legit every other roll was so tasty too! This tray was one of the best I've had and very well put together! This place is now definitely one of our favourites and we will be going back very soon to try more stuff from their menu (Y) The customer service was outstanding too which is always very important to me, thank you Moteru Sushi :) If you're in the area and looking for some fresh, mouth watering authentic sushi definitely hit them up! You will find them tucked away inside the food court in the Chinese centre mall, you can order online through their website for pickup and some third party apps as well. So what are you waiting for ?! Check them out y'all :)

Very small shop that's easy to miss. I must say, for it being in a very busy plaza, this sushi place was gret! They even actually messed up our order but luckily I live close so they offered me the correct one with no additional cost. Their taro chips that come as a garnish taste so good, I wish they added it to the menu!

Super delicious!! There's wait time when we ordered on sat afternoon because the food is made fresh. definitely worth it. Ordered green dragon roll and katsu don. The fried chicken in katsu don is crispy, tender and juicy inside. The sauce is wasabi mayo with dried seaweed seasoning it smells wonderful and tastes as good! definitely check it out

We ordered early in the day in advance: Party Tray B on New Years Eve for 8pm pick-up. We arrived early in case any unforeseen circumstances. We were told they are "about an hour behind" and to come back in an hour. It was clear everyone who ordered last minute was crowded around already picking-up theirs. We returned in an hour. We almost were sold someone else's order. It was noticed and the chef then said he's "making it now". Our order was finally ready after yet another half hour wait. Cashier did not have a clue who ordered what and when. We got home with our alleged: Party Tray B (supposed to be 80 pieces of specific sushi types). We counted NOT EVEN 60 pieces out of the 80 pieces we paid $61.00 for. They offered us a 10% cash pay discount "for the wait". Nothing at all was mentioned about the missing over 20 pieces of sushi, nor the fact we got a tray of whatever the !@%? was left over from their healthy day of business. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED in MONTERU SUSHI for ruining our New Years Eve dinner. Terribly disorganized, slow service, dishonest (ripping off customers), poor quality, and not even apologetic nor forthcoming. We deserve the professionalism and transparency to admit to regular repeat customers that you ran out of certain ingredients and/or are out of stock for the day (due to your own mis-management in your kitchen by your staff & chefs, and zero prioritizing of your customer's advance orders placed to avoid disappointment and bad reviews). This is NOT a one-off bad experience either. The same thing happened to us a couple of months ago on the exact same PARTY TRAY B (the go-to-whatever the %!?# is left over in whatever amount is left over tray). **CUSTOMER BEWARE: Do NOT fall for this scam by this establishment that has changed their name a couple of times (Used to be: KAOBI SUSHI in same booth), and which has changed their phone # under the current business name several times (just to add to the confusion). Save yourself the hassle, disappointment, and inconvenience and go elsewhere. This place is supposedly cheapest in the west end of GTA for a good reason: you do NOT get what you paid for and service is dishonest.

Love this place and have been recommending it to everyone! Great value for delicious sushi! If you pick up in person, the service is excellent :) Uber eats was no fuss either and arrived just as delicious as freshly made.
