DISGUSTING! our sheets had hard cum stains on them as well as hair all over the bathroom. tried getting a refund but in the managers eyes it was a "perfectly clean room" GROSS absolutely unacceptable. After trying again for a refund the manager got VERY rude and Would not issue our money back. IN WHAT WORLD ARE CUM FILLED SHEETS A "CLEAN ROOM". DO NOT RECCOMEND

While the room is decent I'd not recommend this place. The staff is pretty inconsiderate and toiletries are extremely poor quality. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming the lobby at 9:15 pm which was very disturbing for guests to sleep who want to catch an early flight in the morning. The wifi really sucks. You might be better off using your phone network even if you are in roaming from another country. I connected to wifi and it wouldn't load at all. It'd take 1+ minute to just upload a 127kb file. Wouldn't load anything on social media instantaneously, need to wait for 2-3 minutes to let the content buffer and load. Finally, the pillows are extremely extremely cheap and even two pillows together won't be able to hold a good height to support your head. The soap must be expired or just extremely poor quality, you might keep rubbing for minutes and hours, but it will not make any foam or grease. And the housekeeping uses a very strong air freshener or something, because the smell is so strong you can even get a headache. The smells suddenly hits you so strong in the lobby just like how the heat wave hits you when you open the sauna door. I wouldn't recommend this place, it's cheap and has free parking, but takes a lot out of you.

Found this place through Trivago and got the "Castle Suite", which features 2 floors and a jacuzzi tub. I must preface this by mentioning that I learnt my lesson many times over with this embarrassing mistake, since my complaints were reinforced by just about everyone who wrote a review on many platforms/sites. I'm ashamed of my negligence. Oh what a nightmare.... I was horrified and deeply disturbed. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by an overwhelming pungent smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke, to a point where the combination made it almost impossible to breathe - I'm not exaggerating by any means! Trust me, it was horrendous!!! The level of disgust we felt made my bf and I turn around immediately to request another room. The front desk clerk was courteous and managed to find us another jacuzzi room, though this one didn't feature 2 floors. I didn't care at this point; I just wanted to get checked in already and accept the fate of our non-refundable booking. This room had a generic motel room smell that was manageable, though the retro style heart-shaped jacuzzi was rendered useless since it most certainly did not look sanitary by any stretch of the imagination. Many moldy looking spots/stains and other questionable unsanitary markings. We paid a premium for this, so the disappointment was real, since we could've gotten a standard room for around $100 instead of $150+ Washroom tap was badly damaged, had to change the toilet paper roll since it clearly very used, and you can imagine I didn't sit on the toilet seat, and was very concerned about sleeping in the bed. +'s: extensive, quality tv & cable channels, microwave & a large mini fridge, which looked clean. Comfortable bed, surprisingly. If you're able to overlook the very evident prostitution activity on the lower walk-out levels, and the loud parties taking place for the entire duration of the night, coming here out of desperation would be okay. Otherwise, BEWARE.

We thought this was a non smoking hotel. However they do allow some smoking rooms. The entire hallway and our room reaked of cigarettes. We checked out the next morning and they did give us a refund for the following few nights. They were very pleasant which we appreciated. But I cant recommend this place unless you are a smoker. Also the bathroom shower wasn't working properly.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS!!!!! I booked this hotel (if you can even call it that) for an easy two night stay and ended up booking elsewhere a hour into my stay! SAVE YOUR MONEY SERIOUSLY! I booked a nonsmoking room and the room we received smelled like someone smoked a dozen packs in there. I immediately addressed the issue with the front desk where another guest overheard and offered to buy my room so I could book elsewhere. The rude receptionist guy told him to sit down and stay out of it. I told them I either wanted a different room or to cancel my reservation. He then told me he didn't have any other rooms available. He came to the room, sprayed freshener and told me it would be fine... are you kidding me????? I went back up to the front desk after the smell clearly didn't dissipate and he told me I was crazy because it didn't smell like smoke in there. He began arguing with me and telling me he knows what smoke smells like and it was just the air conditioner. THE SMOKE SMELL WAS HORRENDOUS AND OVERBEARING!! After I asked for a refund, he told me that he was unable to give me a refund because I booked through Expedia and that he would look for another room for me. This was fishy cause he just told me he didn't have any other rooms! He told me to go back to my room and wait. 30 mins passed and I hadn't heard anything back so I called Expedia and asked about a refund in which they told me the hotel was the only one that could issue me one. The Expedia lady called the hotel and addressed the issue and the receptionist replied that he was getting me another room. Finally we got a "nonsmoking room" equivalent to the one I booked. I booked and paid for a two bed and he first tried to give me a one bed which I refused. The next room.... was disgusting. Pee all over the toilet seat, used toilet paper, used soap bar and the sheets had gross black hairs EVERYWHERE!!!!! I was appalled!!!! I called and asked for fresh linen which took another 30 mins. After reading other reviews similar to mine, I decided to book another hotel and take my loss. The hotel refused to refund me anything but I just wanted out!!! ALSO THIS HOTEL IS KNOWN FOR PROSTITUTION AND DRUGGIES SO BEWARE! We felt very uncomfortable for the short time we were there. Don't bother wasting your money and catching bed bugs to save a few dollars. It's extremely unsanitary and the pictures are VERY misleading!
