We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.

The only reason I come here is location. This is right by Silvercity Richmond hill and connected to go train and viva bus station, it has ample parking and a great convenience factor before movie. Food is speedy but average at best. Service and cleanliness is typical chain expectation. It has a nice patio.

This is my first time trying any Kelseys location. Came here for late night dinner with a larger group, and the service was great. There was a wide selection to choose from, and I went with the Mediterranean Salmon as it felt like one of the healthier options. For the price, it was a bit smaller than I expected. The rice was kind of bland, and there was nothing spectacular about the salmon. It was supposed to be topped with pesto, but I didn't really taste it. It's pretty much an average dish. However, they did give out Funnel Cake Fries on the house since we had a birthday in the group, and those tasted fantastic! Overall, it was a nice place for a social gathering, but the food is average.

Takeout experience only! Placed an order through the Kelseys app for the Family Rib Bundle (52.99). This includes 2 half racks of ribs with choice of sauce, side and coleslaw. Then there are 2 kids meals (main and side) and 2 chocolate chip cookies. It is a TON of food for only $53. For the sides, we opted for fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and kettle chips. For the kids meals, we went for the chicken fingers. I'd probably only recommend getting the chicken fingers as you get a choice of sauce and also it sounds a lot better than the other kids meal options. The ribs are great here, dare I say better than some actual BBQ and smokehouse places I've had recently in Toronto. Great taste, fall off the bone. The chicken fingers are pretty great too, there's lots of sauces to choose from and you can also choose to have it tossed or on the side. You'll realize if you get this bundle you'll have to select so many things cause there's a ton of options for kids mains and sides for the rib meals. The sides are pretty average, family really likes the kettle chips and it can be a snack the next day too. Chocolate chip cookies are also HUGE. Biggest I've seen for sure. If you have kids, maybe don't let them eat the whole thing! Portions are absolutely massive, ribs are great, chicken fingers are great, sides are average! If you're hungry, this is the place.

We only had beer so I can only do review for beer for now. We went for happy hour on both days. After 8pm until closing time. The service was a little slow I find, but since we didn't order food and just wanted to chat it was okay. I was surprised didn't see too many people in the restaurant on Sunday around 8pm. They used to have fried chicken thigh or leg and not just wings, I wish they can get that back. I do suggest the Alfredo pasta with either chicken or shrimp that's what I liked to order before.

This location is not closed. It opened this month and it is better than average. The food taste better when you have a new devices on the menu and the look is alive. Check it out before or after watching the movie.

The Richmond Hill Kelseys reopened after a while of being closed and we had not tried it since it opened so decided to go there. This place is a disaster. It was very empty on a Friday night, that should have been the first clue!! The food was terrible! I would not recommend thus even to my worst enemy! Keep away!

Its a saturday afternoon and we waited for 20 minutes at the door where no one bothered to greet us. I would understand if its packed but clearly there were many seats available. After finally being seated, we were shown to a table. The server did not give us the lunch menu and instead only gave the regular one, so we had to get up and grab one ourselves. They also did not ask us what we wanted to drink. Got the grilled cheese and soup, and the spinach dip w pitas. 4 stars for the food but 2 stars off for service and waiting time.
