Splitsville is has the same concept as ballroom, but with arcade games. I think it's a great addition to Markham/Richmondhill as there isn't anything similar in the area. I really had no idea this place existed and I live in Markham. I feel like they really need to do a better job promoting this place. Service was slow, but I guess it was because they weren't really busy. They were super friendly once you got their attention. The space is split into three areas: bowling area, bar and arcade. Really great space, a lot of room. I'm sure this place was busy in the summer. Great spot for social events: work get together, birthdays and large group outings. Ample parking infront which is great! Overall a fun experience and great place I'm sure I will visit again in the future. I gave 4 stars only because I never tried the food so I can't really make a compete judgement. The drinks were reasonably priced!

A good place to stay with friends and play bowling. I was here because I had our company event here. Our company reserved a VIP private room with dinner. We had nice food from here, we got an arcade card with the tokens, also a waistband for drinks. Drinks included alcoholic beverage. I got 2 cocktail drinks. They were so good. 1 of them called Mut. I loved it so much. Bowling was a great happy hour for our co-workers communicated and encouraged us to socialize. We know each others better. I haven't tried to play arcade yet. We would come back later.

A great place for friends and families to get together in a nice way on Friday nights or weekends. Aside from the nice bowling alleys, there is also a good indoor mini-golf, an arcade, and a food-and-bar, all put together under one roof. Well-maintained facility with cheerful staff. Recommended!

This place is so exciting and fun because they have a good amount of arcade games and lots of lanes for bowling!! You can wear your regular shoes to play or rent bowling shoes. We went on a Thursday night and almost all the lanes were full so make sure to call ahead to reserve a lane.

Came here for a gathering with friends as one of our dear friends were moving to another province. We booked a lane for 8:30 so we decided to meet at 6:30 to eat at the restaurant prior to bowling. Unfortunately the place seemed way too chaotic to fully give us a good experience. The restaurant serves also work the bowling aisles and all over the place. We ordered 3 appetizers for $33 to split between 6 people and then 3 of us ordered kids meals and 3 order adult meals. The kids meals were really good portion and enough to fill me with the appetizers we ate. The server entered wrong 2 of our groups order so it took longer for them to get their food. The worst part was it took like 60mins to get the serves to split our bill and get us to pay so by then we already went to the bowling and they came to find us. After the bowling the group wanted to get drinks back at the restaurant and just 4 alcoholic drinks took at least 30mins to come. I just hope the place gets better structure otherwise I don't think I'll be going back.

This is a one stop family entertainment building. It's I. The same building as the old world bowl. The spa was replaced by the arcade. The restaurant is under construction. The arcade also has a mini golf section. It's clean and spacious. A nice way to spend a few hours with family and friends.

Bowling was fine, pretty crowded but no issues renting shoes or paying. Went to play a game on the pool table, and after we put in coins there was a ball missing. Asked someone at the bar if they could unlock the table to get the last ball out, and she said to go to the front desk. Went to the front desk and she said she didn't have a key. I asked for the $2 back if they won't give us all the balls, and she said a manager needs to do refunds. When I said I wanted to talk to them, she said the manager is on break. How long? Half an hour. Not a big deal but the front desk folks weren't interested in helping and felt rude overall.

We had visited for the arcade previously which had a small selection of games (including one VR game) compared to The Rec Room. The games were all working and it was a good time to kill one hour. This time around came here for the happy hour bowling that was advertised. Instead we were charged full price for one hour of bowling, so the happy hour price may be for members only. The one hour limit is set up automatically for your lane. There were different games you can choose on the tablet at your lane (for example, angry birds) and the bowling animations would change with each game. For one hour, we were able to fit 3 games in. I found the location was tidy and the service was attentive (we were checked upon throughout). I found that the bowling price was on the higher end for entertainment. Might be good to try once but an expensive hobby to keep coming back for more.

After spending 15 minutes setting up our game, they made us switch lanes and have to do it all over again. Management was generally rude and unhelpful.
