This is the location that my gf and I usually order pizza from when we have pizza night in. Up until the most recent visit, we've had stellar pizza from this place. Lots of well-cooked toppings, sauced nicely and dough cooked thoroughly. Our most recent order on Victoria Day long weekend, however, was a different story. We ordered thin crust (different than our usual regular crust) choice and when we opened the box, realized that it was very similar to the Edge crust at Pizza Hut. Almost like a cracker. Now this was probably our fault as we thought it would be similar to the hand tossed thin crust at Domino's. What I CAN call out is the pizza's quality itself. Whoever made our pizza skimped out on a lot of toppings. There were areas on some of the slices that were almost all cheese. The sauce base was also scarce. In addition, the large, 4 topping, everyday special is supposed to be $14.99 but when I went to checkout, my pizza was $18.48 in the cart rather than $14.99 before tax and delivery fee which did not make sense at all. I think whoever coded the site needs to fix some things on the backend because customers are being misled by the $14.99 listed on the site. It's not really an "everyday special" if you're paying over $20 for the pizza (pre-delivery fee). MOREOVER, they put the banana pepper in the box but FORGOT TO GIVE US THE GARLIC BUTTER DIPPING SAUCE. Absolutely egregious (almost failable actually). I'm hoping that this was just an anomaly (in terms of the pizza quality) because it was long weekend and they were swamped with orders. I'll order again on a regular day next time and see if the quality we're used to, resumes.

2.5 stars. The staff here appear tired and no passion for the craft they are entrusted to do. This was my first visit to this location and the staff are NOT very friendly nor are they very detail oriented to the special requests and the craftsmanship of the pie. Not sure if I will return to this location as there is a certain fried fish shop no too far down the road that does take pride in their craft

Papa Johns brings me back to my university days when we had 2 pizza delivery options and Papa Johns was the best of the two. Ordering online was easy. There are several specials online. I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings for $12.99. The pizza has a nice thick layer of cheese holding all of the toppings together, on a bed of marinara sauce. The pizza was pretty good, but not as good as nostalgia would have me believe. There are several pizza restaurants in the area that are just as good, but one thing that sets Papa Johns apart from the rest is that you get a complimentary dipping sauce and a jalapeno pepper. The pepper is extremely hot, by the way. Overall, a decent pizza.

When my fiancé and I moved, one of our biggest (food) concern was that we wouldn't be near a Papa John's. We were delighted to learn that Papa John's opened up a new location less than 5 minutes away from our new house! We used to go to the Lawrence East location so naturally we compared this new location to the quality of the Scarborough's location. I happy to say that this Thornhill/Vaughan location is almost as good as the Scarborough's location. However, they can work on spreading out their toppings closer to the edge of the pizza and add maybe another handful of cheese. The also need to work on their wait time but I'm sure all that will be worked out once they get into the groove of things.

I believe they opened up recently at this location. The store itself is always very clean and the staff are sharp and friendly. Food takes 15 mins to get ready only and all the ingredients are very fresh. I highly recommend the thin crusts! It's very crunchy and crispy and it holds up the whole weigh if the pizza

Bad quality wings, late all the time. Dont matter what day or what tile you order always late by atleast 15 min of what app says. Dont waste your time.

Ordered 3 pizzas . For some reason coupon was not applied . One pizza was not even what I ordered . Ordered several times before and every time there's a problem with the order
