I have visited this location for pick-up several times and they have normally met expectations of having the food ready by the estimated time for pick-up. It is located in a small plaza and there is no room to dine-in. I found that this location has slightly cheaper costs compared to some of the other Pizza Hut locations when I looked at the menu on their website. The staff there are polite and pleasant in conversation. I only order from Pizza Hut when they have deals like the '$10 Favourites' (Hawaiian, Canadian, Margherita, Pepperoni - 8 slices) or the 'My Box 2 for $19'. I personally like their pizza because of their crust and always get the pan crust. Their wings (either bone-in or boneless available) are also okay and I normally order it as well as one medium pizza is not enough for a group.

I was ordering pizza for our companys going away lunch for a staff member.. I even CALLED IN the location and mentioned that I need it to be made fresh and appetizing. (& also mentioned they dont have a party size option so i have to order a bunch of larges) Anyways, view the picture Ive attached. THAT is their idea of a margherita pizza : A cheese pizza , with ONE small slice of tomato placed on each slice. That . Is a margherita. & the hawaiian barely even had ham on it, 1 of them barely even had PINEAPPLE on it , & ham & pineapple are the main and only toppings .. I called them and lost it. Completely lost it. Paid $120 for a bunch of shit pizzas from PIZZA HUT which everyone hypes bcuz its supposed to be gourmet and yummy.

Surprising that this location doesn't have any reviews yet, it's a bit hidden in it's own little small plaza (currently no other business around it) has a decent amount of parking spaces, and it's pretty busy, there is always people inside when I visit. Because of the lines, it slows down the food production a bit, they answer the phone and make you wait forever to place the order, the website ordering is slow (I found it quickest to place the order on the mobile) The wings are pretty good and the individual size personal pizzas are very cheesy. The stuffed pizza or cheesy bites are not cheesy enough.

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The pizza was mediocre at best, it looked fine but it was under-seasoned and the toppings tasted old and not fresh. The chicken was the highlight of our meal but the hot sauce it came with was awful, and the breadsticks were stale. The service was slow and but the girl taking our order was nice. We received a lot for the price we paid so I would consider that a pro but I think you would be better off eating someplace else.

Wrong order then SICK! So we ordered from this Pizza Hut because it is the only one that would deliver to us. They show up with two pizzas. One of them was the wrong pizza and the other pepperoni pizza barely had any cheese on it. Calling the store about the order, the guy pretends that he doesn't understand what I am talking about, until finally he understands when I practically scream, You. Brought. The. Wrong. PIZZA! Okay he says, and he says he will send out the right pizza, and another pepperoni pizza with the right amount of cheese, after making me look online to make sure I had placed the right order. He let us keep the wrong pizza, but we had to return the pepperoni so he could show the cooks. 30 minutes later. Yeah, I know, 30 minutes later, and the store is literally 5 minutes away, the pizza shows up. The next day, my wife had diarrhea all day, I kept going to the washroom, my 5 year old son had a stomach ache and went to the washroom multiple times, and my 3 year old daughter, who only ate a bit, was complaining of stomach pains. I should have reported this Crap Hut. But, I think I'm doing the next best thing.

Don't recommend this location. I used to love Pizza Hut, but this location made me switch to pizza nova. Pizzas were unappetizing and always seem to be falling a part. Not sure what's happening in that kitchen. It's a no for me.

TURN BACK. RUN. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have been a long time customer of pizza Hut so I know the standard for pizza Hut pizzas. The pizza that I recieved was absolutely unnaceptable. There was extremely little toppings, sauce, and there were holes in the pizza. I know I got the sale items, so a little deviation from the gold standard will be expected; but the pizza I recieved was so lacking, that it bordered what can only be felt like a scam. I felt scammed out of my money.

I ordered two medium pizzas and in one of the pizzas actually had meat (pepperoni inside) which was not visible until you eat the pizza. I am very angry as I only halal meat and this violates my religion and my rights as a customer. By the time I realized the store was closed. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering for Pizza Hut again. when I called the customer care all they said is they will send the complaint to the store, what will that do? At least offer me compensation for my order. Or some some sort of compensation. Very unfortunate that such a huge company cannot even get a simple order correct m, very upsetting. A
