The sound is great, the lighting is beautiful, but there is no air conditioning – it’s very hot and stuffy inside, and at some points during the concert, it felt unsafe.

I passed out here during a show by Norma Jean and the staff were amazing and helpful. There was a paramedic ready to check me. I was able to enjoy the show after and the sound was amazing. But holy it was hot in there. Like unbearably hot! Other than passing out, i had an incredible time and i loved the venue

Pretty good venue! I might be biased because I came for a favourite band of mine but I had a great time!
The coat check line was definitely a cluster when the show ended (would recommend tying coat around waist or holding it to avoid this cluster). I also wish the vocals were a bit clearer (the singers voice was barely louder than the crowd singing along) but I’m not sure how much of this is because of the venue or because of the songs being sick

Saw a concert here and was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere inside! Very sleek with space to dance, sit and drink. They even offered snacks at the bar. The acoustics were great and it was easy to get to by TTC or GO. Hope to catch some more events here one day.

This venue is okay. The main ballroom looks fine. But where you can see the age of the place is in the washrooms. The toilet bowls had rings around them on the inside. And it wasn't due to lack of cleaning. Just an old washroom. The whole washroom needs an overhaul. I can only imagine what the men's washroom looks like. They should've renovated this place already. The Queen Elizabeth building is quite old. It was built in 1956. I would be more impressed with this place if they had renovated it.

I came here for my cousin's wedding the other night. The location is a bit tricky to find, but there are plenty of signs. Note that it is IN the Ex. There is a parking lot across the street from it. The venue is large and very beautiful. There are chandeliers coming down from the ceiling and the place has a grey palette with a modern feel which means that you can decorate it in any way you want. The staff here were really nice and were able to accommodate a wedding with two completely different cultures (chinese and italian) and cater to both cultural demands. Overall, great job to the team here.
