Our heating system does not work on most days and is very noisy. The quality is low. The building does not have any recreational facilities for children. It does not have a swimming pool due to the high rental cost. Do not be fooled by the beautiful appearance of the building

We have been living in this building for a year. This building is very unorganized. It does not have proper management. The heating system does not work all time and all day. Today is the 13/january/2024 and despite the extreme cold, the heating system does not work. I informed again yesterday and no one follows up. The security is changed every week. hvac is noisy. I think the problem is with the owner of the building. Considering the rental amount, the building is not good. I emailed many times, but they didn't do anything. I also announced my presence to the security yesterday, and in response they told me that after the holidays, this means that we will be shivering in this house for 3 days from extreme cold, until maybe they fix the heating system on Monday.

It’s been 6 months we are living here. This is a feedback for the 6 months. Noisy ac which doesn’t work all the time. Electricity cutoffs (happened 6 times) Hot water issues occurring periodically. And the worst part is the management IMO. Given the budget they aren’t doing a great job based on the issues mentioned. Won’t be staying here if these issues don’t resolve.
