Saw an article about this place and thought “I like Nashville sandwiches”.   My wife and I gave it a shot and wasn’t disappointed.  Interacted with 4 guys when I was there.  All of them were great, knowledgeable and friendly.  I ordered the OG with Cajun fries and my wife ordered the hot honey and sour cream and onion waffle fries.  They were all delicious.  My only caveat is unless you are badass spicy eater go with mild.  My sandwich was medium and it was really spicy.  (Side note: one of the guys didn’t charge me for a water, and even offered to give me another sandwich, I think he saw me suffering)

3 year consecutive Michelin rated since 2023 (23, 24, 25). Can certainly say it's good, though have had some definite contenders just as good.

The sandwich with their signature sauces and spices along with a slaw and pickles inside. Pretty good. The waffle fries were great.

Pieces of chicken are huge. Spices and sauce just as good. Juicy and tender. Though the chicken without the spices/sauce wasn't very flavorful.

Overall, prices are reasonable. Definitely worth checking out.

This spicy fried chicken is seriously finger-licking good.  The crispy skin crackles with each bite, giving way to juicy, tender meat.  The heat is just right, building with each mouthful but never overwhelming.  It's the kind of food that makes you want to slow down and savor every moment. The food was pretty good and service was friendly. We got the OG sandwich and the sweet heat sandwich with a large order of Cajun waffle fries. The sweet heat sandwich was tangy and the chicken was juicy and tender but could have used a bit of more crispiness. My friend got the OG sandwich at the "Hot" level but said it wasn't hot enough for him. The Cajun waffle fries were good the seasoning was perfect on them.

Improvement suggestions: I feel like the store could use an upgrade in terms of decor and cleanliness and organization. It also took quite some time to get our order even though they weren't too busy. The sandwiches and fries weren't as hot as they could have been given they were made fresh to order.

I’ve had this place before a few years ago and was overall disappointed but was in the area and decided to stop by again and I’m glad I did.

Things to know: They have 3x Michelin bib gourmand awards for 2022, 2023 and 2024 and are halal aswell.

Now the review:
First of all the exterior is bad. Plain and simple. It’s extremely uninviting and super dark so you don’t even know if it’s open. However if you overlook that and go inside you’ll get some really good service. I guess we came in when they weren’t busy but the people who served us were very nice and helpful and told us they’d need 10-15 minutes to make our sandwiches which was accurate. Until this point I was hesitant about the place but then we got the food. We ordered the OG sandwich medium spice on a brioche bun for $1 extra and Cajun waffle fries. The fries were VERY good. I’m not sure what it is but they tasted like a potato chip mixed with a French fry in the best way possible. We got them fresh so I’m sure that had to do with it but I highly recommend the fries. The sandwich was also one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The spice was perfect (although too spicy for my friend who couldn’t finish it) so if you can’t handle spice get mild. The chicken was cooked perfectly, their sauce they put on the sandwich is really good as well and the coleslaw complements the sandwich really well. Overall taste it was basically perfect. There’s nothing that I’d change except maybe a bit more coleslaw as it was lacking a little. Other than that perfect.

Only things I didn’t like overall are that the sandwiches are a bit small for the price ($13 or $14 for mine), and the decor and inside should be nicer. Get more lights inside the place too as they need them badly. Overall I would for sure come here again.

Försökte Chicas kyckling för första gången. Jag beställde fjärdedelen kycklingmåltid med våfflafries som kom med kärnmjölk ranch dopp. Totalt sett blev jag imponerad, jag förväntade mig inte att kycklingen skulle bli friterad! Övergripande smakade kyckling mycket bra och fuktig. Våffelfries smakade också bra, även om de skulle smakade bättre om de inte glömde att packa ketchup med min beställning! (Pick-up order)

Min dotter och hennes fiance berättade om denna stora lilla restaurang. Vi gjorde pilgrimsfärden från centrumkärnan för att prova den. Det svika inte! Kyllingens kvalitet var fantastisk. Trevligt tjockt saftigt bröst med precis den perfekta mängden beläggning. Den bästa delen var super-kryddig torrglass applicerad strax före plätering. Det var fantastiskt. Matt kocken gjorde bara en ny sats när vi kom fram. Kärnmjölksdill sås var ett utmärkt komplement till rökiga och spiciness. Personalen var mycket effektiv och vänlig. Jag önskar att de skulle sälja gnidningen som jag skulle älska att köpa lite för BBQ säsong.

På den negativa sidan är platsen lite av ett dyk, parkering i grannskapet är svårt att hitta, och de erbjuder inte någon dietpop. Men det är allt väl värt det för deras otroliga stekt kyckling! Skorpan är SUPER skarp och delectably kryddad, och kycklingen själv är otroligt saftig. Jag har ätit på Willie Mae i New Orleans, som kännetecknades av Food Network och Travel Channel som "America's Best Fried Chicken", och jag tror att Chica är bättre!

Efter att ha hört talas om denna restaurang som serverar "Nashville Chicken", var jag intresserad av att hitta dig för att prova din biljettpris. Tjänsten var verkligen utmärkt. Det var ok. Men när du kom in i kycklingen - - - fettet var hjärtstoppande när det droppade överallt. Jag vet inte riktigt vad jag väntade, men det var inte det här. Så att samla, tjänsten fick 2/2 men måltiden fick 1/3. och därför en fast 3.

Jag försökte äta middag i samt ta ut på Chica's. Har ätit varm kyckling från källan (Nashville), här är min recension: plus - stekt kyckling var saftig - smaklig skorpa - Max värme nivå var mycket kryddig Plats för förbättring - kryddnivåer var avvägda (de milda / medelstora / heta AF-alternativen är mer som väldigt milda / milda / för kryddiga att njuta av); ett alternativ mellan medium och hot AF saknas smärtfritt - inkonsekvent kryddor (smaklig skorpa, kött var saftig men intetsägande) - Alltför fet - var försiktig när du äter i som golvet var farligt glatt (kanske var huven defekt)

$ 11. 50 får dig den godaste kycklingmackan i Toronto. Ett bra pris att betala när du jämför det med andra alternativ där ute som ger dig mycket mindre för mycket mer (tittar på Union Chicken). Jag fick medellång värme, och medan det inte var riktigt varmt var det extremt smakfullt. Texas toast ser inte super aptitretande först, men det parar med kycklingen perfekt. Coleslaw är Mayo-baserad, och hjälper definitivt med eventuella värmeproblem. Vaffel frites? Inte bäst, men smakade definitivt inte som att de kom ut ur en väska. Sammantaget var det definitivt värt priset.
