We done the bus and boat package and it was a fantastic day out. The bus roughly took 1hr and 30 min to the boat dock taking us around Toronto city to see all the main areas. The tour guide was informative in letting us know what’s happening and what is around us whilst also involving everyone on the tour. The boat was my favourite part as we seen the skyline and the islands it really makes you see how beautiful the city is. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I only had one day to see Toronto so I wanted it to be worth it - so I booked a tour with City Sightseeing Bus - and it was great. They went to so many places! Punch was my tour guide and he was the best.  I was by myself and I felt safe and that was important! I hopped off and on a couple of times and had a different tour guide and wished Punch was back on the bus.  When I hopped back one from the boat tour (highly recommend) I was relieved Punch was on the bus- he's such a great tour guide with a smooth voice and a wealth of knowledge!  I highly recommend taking the tour bus!  Well worth it.

This tour was such a smart way to get the lay of the land, especially if you're trying to hit all the big downtown spots in one day. You can check the full schedule online, which makes it easy to plan around stops, and they even offer discounted attraction tickets when you book with them, super handy. The tour guides were friendly and helpful, and it made navigating the city feel totally doable, even with a kid in tow. That said, it was hot on the bus. When the top deck fills up and you're stuck inside without AC, it gets pretty stuffy fast. Also, the mic system didn't work on three of the buses we hopped on, so we had to use the little plug-in headphones (which, bless, kind of worked). All in all, I'd definitely recommend doing this early in your trip, it's a great way to figure out where you actually want to spend time. Think of it as a mobile preview of the city!

We did the day tour to Niagara Falls and we did it through City Sightseeing. My best friend and I felt we really got our moneys worth with our day trip ticket. Our driver Zeume (?) was awesome and informative. The drive was beautiful. You get to experience and see so much! The time allotted was also great, enough time to see what we needed to. It was a fun filled day for us and we would do it again. Thank you!

We rode the Hop on Hop off bus so we could learn interesting facts and some history about Toronto. First of all, the buses are in dire need of maintenance. We had to stop for a while so our driver could "reset" (turn things off and on again) before we could continue on with our tour. The speaker system is full of static, and some of the ports to plug earbuds into are broken. Lastly, the tour guides didn't seem to be deeply knowledgeable with facts about Toronto. They would point out an obvious building here and there, but really not much information was given. That is unless you care that the musician Drake ate at a particular restaurant once. Honestly, we felt that the tour was a waste of money and time. The guides were friendly, but we should have just taken an Uber to where we wanted to go and read some Toronto history on the internet.

Beware if you book your tickets through city-sightseeing.com (which has hop on hop off tours around the world); their map and information for Toronto isn't accurate regarding pick up spots. When you finally call and get someone on the phone they'll tell you to go to their local website for accurate information. For the actual tour, the people are friendly and helpful, especially James at stop #8. The buses are fine other than the audio is very muffled if you're on a bus with speakers. If you are on a bus that requires headphones to hear the guide, they're plagued with static and some ports at the seats don't work at all.

Enjoyed the double Decker bus tour. You can get on and off at 13 different stops and this seems like the best way to see the overview of the city. Our guide was good and staff was nice. A bit chilly on this day, but still hopped off T Chinatown and the Distillery District.

Took the hop on-off tour that included the boat cruise which was amazing. We had three different guides on the buses, Marshall, Jessica and I can't remember the name of the third but he was a younger guy with blonde hair. They were all brilliant. The crew on the boat were great too - shout out to the tour guide there Arman. I live in Toronto but had family visting and we all just loved it. If you get off at the distillery district there is a great mexican place called El Catrin!

The group I was with really enjoyed using City Sightseeing Toronto. The fun facts were very interesting. We found the buses to be running on schedule (outside of unplanned traffic) we were able to easily get on and off at various spots. Our guide Sergio was very informed and had a great attitude. Very easy to use.

Worse than expected. I've done a lot of of these, and I know not to expect a lot. We were told that Toronto had the worst traffic congestion of the country, so why did the route go through the most congested parts?! I had to walk many blocks to Casa Loma and Kensington market, but the route took us right through the most congested part. We sat by the convention center for at least two hours in gridlock. And I'm sure it wasn't unusual for a summer Saturday. I think that people can walk a few blocks to the CN Tower so the bus can avoid some of the mess. I ended up on the tour for about 5+ hours and it didn't even take me back to the neighborhood that I started at. The traffic jam kept us out till after closing time so we were on our own. Such a waste of time when I only had a few days here. Also, the addresses for each stop need to be on the map on the webpage, and on the bus schedule page. I missed a bus and had to run for another. Not great.

Long wait for buses with no interactive map or way of telling when the next bus will be there. We called the number to get the info twice and were told the same wait time as the Call we made 10 minutes before. The buses do not drop you off at the attractions but some a good distance away. A waste of time.

Scam, scam!!!! Bad experience! Check your account carefully. Not accoubtable and reliable company!! They try to steal your money. Be careful what was cut in your account. They change curency, I try to get my money back, they don't accept their fault. They charged me more money that was seen on the webpage. They say tax included , but lie not included or something they cut more. As well as, currency trick. All of them are scam. they steal your money secretly. If you don't aware , your money was gone. I think they do this delibaretly. They exploit customers's attention. If you are't aware of this, your money will be stolen. This is a scam system. Don't rely on this company. Please share everyone. This is my real experience. If I help anyone I will be happy. Their Customer service are disaster. They didn't help me. They don't accept their scamming situation. This means they defraud and steal. Guide was disaster. There isnat enough infromation about histeri of the city. Please don't go this scam company. As well as, This money is too expensive for this service. There is no service anyway.
