I will talk about my personal experience, I attended this club to watch alshami concert on 29 November 2024, the place is huge, however they let everyone to wait outside in the cold for two hours, and the venue were empty. I got sick because of that.  not to mention how bad was Alshami and how disappointing was the whole concert

Went here for a party called Redemption, I’m not a smoker, so by around 2:00AM I started to feel extremely dehydrated and a bit dizzy, possibly due to slight high blood pressure and some other health issues, which is why I didn’t have any alcohol this night. So I went to the bar to ask for water, and they refused me. I asked 3 different ppl, first they gave me an open jug that had melted ice in it that looked like it had been sitting there for sometime, and used to pure ice for some drinks that melted, which for obvious safety reasons, as women in a club you can’t jus drink from an open container that looked unattended. Then they said they had no bottled water. I felt ouzzy and light head like I wanted to faint so I looked in the fridge and seen water but they said they can’t sell it to me. At this point I just asked to have one since I wasn’t feeling well and they refused. Finally I asked a manager and she said give it to her and then the bar tender said it was $9, after the manager said give it to her🤦🏾‍♀️ I only had 5 cash on me so I left. I ended up asking for a cup and drinking the water from the bathroom tap, which was embarrassing, humiliating, and unacceptable.

I’m leaving this review so hopefully things can change, or to help someone going there. The party had a minimum of 500 ppl, it was hot and smokey inside, and if someone needs water because of health conditions, and an atmosphere created in the club, it should be readily available.

Very unhealthy and unsafe club, will never go back here.

Staff here is excellent and really hustle. Food line ups were getting long the sent out cocktail trays and had the server start from the back. The venue is absolutely gorgeous with two outdoor pools. The venue is right on Exhibition grounds next to Midieval Times. We had a corporate event and the family loved it. The DJ booth would make for a great party vibe.

It has a very large space and a lot of slot machines. It is very good for those who are gamblers and take risks. The atmosphere is similar to the casinos in Los Angeles. Be careful not to lose your money. I lost $100 and I stopped playing. It is better to use the machines.

Attended as part of the collision after hours event. They had a cash bar, pool, and free appetizers. It was a great networking event. All staff and volunteers were extremely kind and helpful when needed.

All food was vegan.
