I got an apartment with one bedroom, one bath, kitchen and dining area converted to a bedroom. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had clean sheets, towels and basic necessities in the bathroom. The location is super ideal.  Close to union station, the CN tower, and various offices in the area and attractions in the area.  The host was responsive post booking on the hotel.com platform. It’s not like a hotel room immaculately maintained or cozy. It’s got general wear and tear but very well kept/clean.  Easy accommodation for a family of 4.   I would book it again.
