Brought my disposable camera in at the end of 2024 to get developed. The associate wasn't the friendliest. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get my prints back (which is honestly crazy, it's 2025, it should be 2-3 days like other places). Followed up around the 3 week mark via email, no reply. Finally got an email saying they were ready for pickup. I replied back asking how I obtain the digital copies. No response. I go into the store to pick up my prints and am told the digital copies should be coming my way next week. So essentially if you want to wait over 4 weeks for your prints & digitals with mediocre at best customer service, go here.

The new store is spacious, clean, and very well organized.
Some of the decorations are vintage and a through back to the golden age when telephone booth were a common thing...art decorations and more.
They have a section for cameras and camera accessories...
Another for prints and puzzles...
Taking a passport photo was a big of a joke where one of the employees had to hold a banner as a background...
You will have to pay extra to get the digital file that they already have...
Overall, we got what we needed.

Visited the store today. I was helped by an employee wearing blue (I didn’t get his name). He was really helpful & kind on assisting me since it’s my first time getting a film for my digital camera. He taught me how to install it properly. Also I bought some ink&paper for my canon selphy. Would like to come back again.
