Don't do it. You're worth more. The overall rooms are standard. When we got in the room, I noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I get it, it's hard to clean a room in a minimum amount of time but that sets the tone for the whole experience. The hotel overall looks like cheap wrapped in pretty paper. Then there was a 20minutes alarm because of a potential water leak. We checked-in at 4pm, checked out at 5pm. We were assured by the front desk we would not be charged. We were still charged. They gave us the run around for a month. They keep sending us back and forth with booking.com. There is no accountability.

Staff was professional, helpful and polite. The location is good, close to many venues and amenities.

The old Maple Leafs Gardens is next door and there's a grocery store there if you want to have snacks to take back to your room. The sushi restaurant directly across the road is very good (Gurume Sushi ).

The rooms are small but the two times we've stayed here they were clean and everything was in working order. The rooms are like traditional hotel rooms, not suites.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in so far. The pictures they post are deceiving and it looks really big in photos. The room itself is really small and had one tiny window facing nothing. Speaking of which, the window was broken and we were on the 6th floor. The constant sound of wind blowing so hardly through the tape covered window was so awfully loud it made it sound like a tornado or hurricane was happening outside. Lots of stains on furniture. Cleanliness is definitely a problem in the room. The lobby is beautiful though but that’s just a front. They need to upgrade a lot of stuff. Also the vending machines do not work for tap. They will charge you multiple times and not give you snacks and the message says you haven’t been charged well guess what I woke up with multiple charges of $10 for this ugly expensive vending machine.

Let’s not forget the 3:30 AM smoke alarm system going off. This startled almost everyone in the building we all went into the lobby and waiting almost 30 minutes of being told nothing. We weren’t informed of any compensation or anything, the lack of professionalism is so alarming.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever come back. I felt disgusted in the room and also the thermostat was not working properly. Room service only comes at 12pm and if you are sleeping they will not come back until the next day because they are only required to check once. I’ve never heard of that before at any hotels I’ve stayed!!!

If you are broke and desperate you can give this hotel a whirl otherwise stay away!

We chose the hotel due to its great location, but everything about this hotel is ideal. Our room was incredibly clean and the cleaning staff--Paulette in particular--was helpful and attentive to our needs. We were given an early check=-in, as requested, and were comfortable our entire stay. The lobby has a good work area if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

love the location, the hotel is in a great area but i did not love the thin walls. i stayed here for 3 days and the people in the hallway woke me up every morning before my alarm. it felt like i had my door wide open with how clearly i could hear them talking outside my room. did not feel safe. wish i could upload the video i took. besides that everything else was fine
