Absolutely unforgettable experience at the InterContinental in Toronto! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. During our stay, my younger sister lost her beloved stuffed animal, and we were absolutely devastated. But the team went above and beyond to help us. They immediately sprung into action, they managed to locate it and return it to us, much to our relief and happiness.

The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms, breathtaking views, and top-notch amenities. The location couldn't be better—close to everything you could want in downtown Toronto. We went swimming every day! The pool is great!! This experience truly made our stay special, and it's clear that the InterContinental Toronto is dedicated to providing not just an amazing stay, but a caring and thoughtful service as well. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay

My husband and I stayed at Intercontinental for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our stay was so amazing from the moment we pulled into the valet parking to when we drove out. The customer service was impeccable. The staff really made sure we enjoyed our stay. We went to the auto show and the convenience of having the hotel connected to the Metro Convention Center was great, especially with the cold weather outside. We had dinner at the Azure restaurant and the food tasted great and the service was so good. We also took some time to utilize the pool and hot tub. Our room was very clean, the bed was really soft and comfortable, and my favorite was the shower, it was super relaxing. We decided to order room service for breakfast and the service was fast, professional and the French toast tasted divine. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Very nice hotel here in downtown Toronto and very convenient to a lot of attractions. The gal who checked us in, Ardiz, was super friendly and accommodating. We had booked a lake view room, but apparently they oversold so she made it right with some accommodations. The bar in the lobby is nice. The gals in the spa area were really friendly and nice. Super close to the CN Tower, the Ripley’s Aquarium and Roger’s baseball arena. Would definitely come stay here again and I highly recommend.

Stayed here for one day for comic con. Stayed in a one room with “city view” as you can see from my pictures it was not much of a city view. I also paid 900 for the room because I was under the impression it was going to be a great view of the city from what I was told over the phone when booking. It was not a great view at all.

Everything at this hotel is extremely overpriced which of course is to be expected with any hotel but there prices were ridiculously overpriced.

I initially called room service to inquire if I could order food and pick it up, the women on the other end of the phone was very rude and condescending. I chose to ignore her and ended up just going to the in house restaurant named azure.

I ate at the hotel’s restaurant azure with my wife and kids. The hamburgers and fries were actually good but my wife also ordered fish which looked terrible and was undercooked. they also charged 85 dollars for a 20 dollar bottle of wine lol.

Most of the staff was friendly minus a few exceptions.

I paid for valet parking, when leaving the hotel the valet who brought my car up to the lot for me wasn’t very engaging ,he didn’t bother to ask if I needed help with luggage or anything of the sort even though I use a walker and was struggling to load up my luggage. I’m not saying this is mandatory but I have stayed at numerous hotels and have used there valet services and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with valet, and they were not even busy.  On top of all that he expected a tip which I found amusing since he didn’t do anything to deserve one. He was not courteous in the slightest way.

Anyway I would not stay here again, it was convenient because the hotel links to the comic con convention center directly so you don’t have to do too much walking. If you have young kids this is a great perk if you plan on doing something within the convention center. Other than that I would personally not stay here again.

Overall the staff was 50/50 some were very rude while others were very nice and engaging.

The food was decent when it came to finger foods but everything else food wise that myself and my wife tried was not good.

I was also lied to about what my city view would look like.

Will not be coming back again.

Beautiful views. Comfortable and spacious room. The club lounge was comfortable and offered delicious food and drinks. The breakfast offered lots of variety with hot and cold selections. Hanoy welcomed us at the pool area showing us the facilities and really making us feel welcome. His hospitality should be commended. Excellent stay and great location.
