Best latin club in Toronto. The place was so busy everyone was hot and the security and staff were very organized and nice! The bathrooms were clean and everything was instagram worthy. It was so much fun me and my friends can’t wait to come back! Thank you !!!!

Terrible service! I went to 'Momentos,' and they treated me really badly. They kicked me out for no reason after I had paid for entry and bought a bottle. The security guard who removed me was overweight and was shoving me very rudely. I told him they couldn’t treat me like that, but he did it anyway. They also charge a 25% tip without asking. I will never go back, and I don’t recommend it—there are much better places.

I went there last night with my friends. I was walking down the stairs to leave but forgot my coat, the bouncer asked me to leave and go down the stairs but I needed my coat and I said no he dragged me down the stairs while I was in heels and put me in handcuffs  and this black guy was holding my arm unnecessarily tight as u can see the bruises I have. I was drinking yes, but I was upset and because they dragged me down the stairs I punched the guy in self defence he touched me first, also they called the police on me which is weird because they should be able to manage people in the night and not have to call the police for petty things like this. They had me on the floor for god knows what reason and yes I was trying to stand up, these bouncers need to be re trained because they think they have power to send ppl to jail they were telling me I’m going to jail. The cops ended up having me uber home because I didn’t do anything wrong, anyway this bouncers need a proper job and some better training also there lucky I’m not pressing charges yet. The first guy was this short small Philippino guy and because I didn’t do what he wanted he got mad, of course. And had me dragged down the stairs honestly that’s enough to get anyone irate especially after drinking. Please provide the names of these individuals. Thank you.

I have been in several parties in Momentos and so far I have the best night every night. I love the atmosphere and the decorations (phrases) on the wall, more specifically the “trust me, you can dance -Tequila” it’s incredible. Also is not that expensive and that’s so good. I have had a lot of fun in Momentos.

Make sure to keep your phones close to you, a friend lost their phone in the club and they wouldn't let us re-enter to check for it. The security wasn't helpful and just told us to call during business hours. When asked by another friend when that would be, they responded "when we're open". Not helpful at all, and tbh rude. A memorable first impression in all the bad ways, making sure to never come again.
