Was still a bit snacky when I got here and tried their smash burger, which was actually pretty good. I also had their crispy fries which I understand has a 'special salt'. It did have a bit of a weird bitter aftertaste which I can't say was pleasant.

They have a lot of interesting cocktails on their menu, and can only really try so many in one visit. I'd recommend this place even just to explore their variety of different drinks. I did try their Clear As Night cocktail. I think this was good. I'm not much for drinks that are too sweet, and this was fine for me.

I visited this bar on Friday night, February 14th, and was impressed by the overall ambiance. The atmosphere was inviting, creating a great setting for a night out.

I ordered the DBL Burger, which had good flavor, though the bun and patty were slightly burnt. While it didn’t bother me too much since I was hungry, a better balance in texture would have elevated the experience.

The cocktail selection stood out with its diverse range and creative takes on classic drinks. It was refreshing to see thoughtful improvisations that added a unique twist to familiar flavors.

What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. From the warm welcome at the door to the skilled and attentive bartenders, every staff member contributed to a top-notch experience. Their hospitality left a lasting impression.

Project Gigglewater is one of those places in Toronto that you look forward to coming back to (and bringing friends who haven’t been). Excellent drinks and the smash burgers hit the spot. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere is great. We came for the Christmas feel. It is admittedly very picturesque but hard to get into. We tried to walk in, and had to wait about 1.5-2 hours at a different bar down the street before we got a text to come back. Definitely make reservations in advance if you plan on going… Service was kinda slow. Didn’t get served for what felt like forever, and you only have an hour. By the time we had 1 drink and our cookies and ice cream, they had told us we were out of time and brought us the bill. Drinks were a bit too strong for our liking. Overall, not for us.

These guys KNOW what they’re doing. I went here 2 days after my birthday and i swear they treated me more specially than any of the bday dinner spots i went to, COMBINED. Brendan and Fabian were AMAZING and spoiled us with surprises. We went there 30 mins earlier than our reso and they still found a way to accommodate us at a table and they provided the best service. Also for a snack-style bar, i was not expecting the food to be THAT good. The arancini was amazing and so were the smashed burgers and i am not someone that is usually into burgers so that says a lot. The prices were also very reasonable especially for Toronto, so this is definitely worth your money. Cocktails were so festive and so tasty, even their classic espresso martini had us sooo impressed. I would come back here again 1000000% bc of the service, affordability and food. Thank you guys!!!! You made our time SO special and i will never forget it!!!
