We visited the aquarium during Reading Week in March as a group of seven friends. The place was quite crowded with students and kids, making the experience feel a bit rushed at times. However, the lively atmosphere added to the excitement. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made the visit more enjoyable.

The entry fee was around $52 each, and we spent approximately 1.5 hours exploring the exhibits. The aquarium houses nearly 20,000 species, showcasing an incredible variety of marine life. The displays were well-maintained, and the information provided about each species was engaging and educational. We particularly enjoyed the larger tanks with colorful fish and exotic marine creatures.

Despite the crowd, the aquarium was organized, and we managed to see everything at a comfortable pace.

This is the aquarium that we will visit every year in Toronto downtown. A fun place to have the kids and family spend a whole day. Love that you can touch the stingrays if you are lucky. The underwater tunnel allow you to see all sea creatures and sharks from underneath. Food is available, nice and clean washrooms. No complaint. Kids love it.

I love this place so much. Me and my partner have a yearly membership and it's so worth it. We don't have children so we prefer going to jazz night, great music, affordable beverages (also included in membership minus drinks) or nights when they're open in until 11, but it's generally okay unless you go on a holiday in terms of large crowds and noise.
It's great for families or adults. The staff here are also fantastic, the more I go the more I learn. It's fun recognizing certain stingrays and knowing their names. The animals all have different "personalities" and the care takers are very happy to chat with you. The cafe has a limited selection, nothing gourmet but nothing bad. I recommend the pretzel, it's my go to.

It's one of the biggest aquariums I've visited to date. It's absolutely worth every $ spent. It took about 1hr:30mins to go round the aquarium and experience all the sea creatures. Lovely close-up view of the sting rays, sharks, swordfish, jellyfish, piranhas, sea turtles, reptiles and so much more. I was shocked that the aquarium holds over 20,000 exotic and freshwater sea specimens. Impressive! The aquarium is easy to navigate, with plenty of kids' areas, rest zones, restrooms and dining spots. I recommend visiting with friends and family.

Great place to go with friends!! The cafe is a little expensive but overall great experience and the food was amazing. It's not worth it; they used to have discounts for them, but not anymore. It is $150 per person, and they say you save 38% which is BS who has time, energy, and wants to go to 6 busy places in the span of one week.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Toronto CityPASS® was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others. My group bought the Toronto CityPASS® hoping for a smooth, enjoyable experience -- but it turned into one of the worst travel hassles I've had. We planned to use City Cruises Toronto, only to be turned away by the boat captain at the dock after initially being told we could board. There was no explanation -- just public embarrassment and wasted time. We spent extra money on Ubers to get to and from the cruise, only to be left stranded. I called CityPASS® customer service immediately, and their representative specifically advised us not to use the final attraction on our pass so we could request a refund. We did exactly what they told us to do in good faith. Despite this, CityPASS® only refunded $16.99 -- the portion for the cruise -- and refused to honor a refund for the unused ticket they explicitly told us to skip. So not only did we lose money, but our time and vacation plans were completely disrupted. Their refund policy clearly states unused tickets are fully refundable within 365 days, but apparently, they don't stand by this when it actually matters. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful -- just copy-pasted responses with no real effort to resolve the issue fairly. I won't use CityPASS® again, and I'd caution other travelers to think twice -- especially if you want a company that will stand by its policies and treat customers respectfully when plans go wrong through no fault of your own.

went to New York, purchased the 3c pass. I can't say you will save money because I truly didnt compare prices but what I can say is the convenience of just choosing the activities you wanna do whenever you want and having the ticket there instantly is a blessing and I will be coming back to CityPASS on my next trip

The one I didn't chose was the castle so here are my thoughts on the other things, the cn tower was very boring since I'm scared of heights so I can't do the edge walk and the skywalk was very small, the museum was a little better because I liked the dinosaurs, the science center was very fun, there were a lot of things there, the zoo was very epic because we saw some cute animals and the cruise was amazing

I strongly recommend this pass if visiting Toronto. You would need to visit at least 3 of the sights in order for the pass to be worth it and we managed to get in 4 in two days, although the pass is good for 9. It was great to avoid all the ticket lines and walk right in! The added convenience makes it an even better deal.

Best way to see five attractions in Toronto Canada at a discounted price. The booklet of tickets costs a mere $52.08 US dollars for adults and $33.37 for children between 4-12 years old. The five attractions you can visit in nine days include: 1. CN Tower 2. Royal Ontario Museum 3. Casa Loma 4. Toronto Zoo 5. Pacific Science Centre I bought the pass online and printed the voucher which you then exchange for the ticket booklet at the first attraction you visit. If you calculate the regular price of admissions for each place you're saving about 45% in ticket price and you get to bypass the ticket lines once you get your booklet. On my recent trip to Toronto, I mapped all the attractions out and started with Casa Loma first, then took the subway to the Royal Ontario Museum, and then we made our way to the CN Tower. The following day we drove all the way out to the Toronto Zoo late in the day, but didn't end up making it to the Pacific Science Center since it was closed by the time we were done with the zoo. You get nine consecutive days to use the pass, but I ended up cramming everything into two days. Definitely buy this pass if you want to see all the popular attractions around Toronto at a discounted price. You can also buy the pass at any of the box offices that are included in the pass.

A complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought 2 passes and only attended one. The other attractions were fully booked and an event was happening for the Riley's Aquarium. We thought, no problem we'll go another day, only problem is CityPASS hid the fact that you have to use the tickets within 9 days so when we rescheduled our visit, it was too late. Never again!

If you're looking to do popular tourist attractions, consider CityPass as an alternative to visit 4 attractions. I believe they used to have 5 attractions, but now, it is now only allowing you to choose 1 of 2 for the fourth attraction (Science center or Zoo). As far as the other attractions go, I really enjoyed 2 of them (CN Tower, and Museum of Modern Arts). The attraction selection isn't the best I've experienced vs. the GoCard, which also allows you to select from premium attractions. It's too bad they don't have that offered in Toronto. Pros: You can skip the ticket lines if you download the app or save the QR code in your email. This is a huge plus as you'll be saving time waiting. There are 9 days for you to use the pass once you initiate it on your first visit so there is plenty of time to strategically plan out your itinerary. Cons: The selection of the attractions aren't that amazing. I really would have like to visit the Hockey center or watch a Bluejays baseball game. You can't re-enter on the same day either.

We came to Toronto and bought the CityPASS at the 1st site (CN Tower). They made it convenient so that we can buy it at any of the 5 attractions which are those that we want to go. It's especially important for people staying longer than us since the limit is 9 days expiration from your 1st attraction. We only needed to go to 3 sites for it to be worth the price but we went to 4 sites. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
