Our first time at Sneaky Dee’s. I have always passed by but never gone inside. We had tickets to the comedy show in the event space upstairs and decide to grab a meal. We tried the tacos in a few flavours (they were kinda mid, a 3/5). We also tried one pulled pork enchilada with one of the combination plates and it was the best thing we had (5/5)!!  We only got one to try but wish that was all that we ordered. The other meat was a bit dry but the pulled pork was very moist and flavoured. The rice and salad with the meal was also mid. The DFA nachos were good and the habanero had a great spicy to it. If you aren’t a fan on spice I’d get the pepper on the side or skip it all together.

We got there on NYE at 2a.m. It was not our first time there, so we expected the loud and bustling crowd. The servers were friendly, and the food was prepared fast. Though not the most delicious, the taste of cumin in everything was so strong, and not everyone liked it. Overall, dining at Sneaky Dee’s is a safe choice, and they have great offers that make the prices affordable.

Sneeky Dees is always a good bet, anytime of the day. From their wings to their Tex/Mex platters, to their well known Kings Crown nachos. If you are experienced with the Kings Crown, consider ordering it "flat" next time you do. This particular visit, we tried the Death from Above nachos. Spicier than the Crown but an enjoyable experience, nonetheless. Picture attached.

Prices could be cheaper. I remember when a Crown was under $15. The current price is around $30, but if you go on a Monday, all food is 50% off at the time of this review.

A drawback and why I am giving four instead of five stars is that they do not split bills. I've gone with large groups and it makes things difficult at the end of an otherwise great experience, leaving some unsatisfied at the end of it all.

what a hoot! this is one of the few places in Toronto that are truly world class and that visitors to Toronto would  make a beeline for.

Bra mat och chill atmosfär! . Resa till Toronto för skolan Hade en kväll ute med vänner i januari och njöt så mycket vi åkte tillbaka i maj! Ser fram emot att åka tillbaka igen.

Jag har varit här några gånger eftersom det är nära min brors plats i Toronto, men har aldrig lämnat en recension. Senast åt jag frukost idag. Njutbar och prisvärd meny. Jag fick vegan burro, som kommer med ris och ensalata. Allt mycket välsmakande, stora portioner. Jag gillar särskilt guacen inuti åsnan. Tofun är lite för salt för mina smaklökar, men bättre än att inte kryddas alls. Servicen var bra, mycket vänlig server, jag minns inte hennes namn men hon var mycket trevlig, tittade till oss, och stängde ut måltiden med lite trevlig chit chat. Mitt största klagomål är den mycket starka lukten av renare/blekning när vi kom. Jag uppskattar platsen har just rengjorts, men lukten var mycket kemisk och off - sätta. Dessutom var golvet vått och halt i toaletterna på nedervåningen utan våt golvskylt. Jag stack nästan några gånger. Annars en unik Toronto klassisk plats med god mat, snyggt grejer att titta på, och vänlig service. Skulle vara ett kul ställe att kolla in deras trivia eller temakvällar nästa gång jag är i stan. Dessutom hade de Karate Kid på en av tv-apparaterna.

En vän till mig känner ägaren till Sneaky Dee's i Toronto, Kanada, så han övertalade mig att gå. Sneaky Dee's är en familjeägd restaurang som ligger ca 1 . 5 miles/ 2 . 41 km väster om centrala Toronto. Det är som ett matställe, men hela stället är målmedvetet dekorerat av graffiti. Om min vän inte hade varit med mig första gången jag gick till restaurangen hade jag vänt mig om och sprungit ut genom dörren. Första gången vi gick till Sneaky Dee's, även om det påstås vara öppet vid 11:00, fanns det en lapp på dörren, "Öppnar vid 16:00. " Så vi var tvungna att hitta en annan restaurang. Andra gången vi gick, det var öppet, och min vän chattade med ägaren; vi hade deras frukost special, men ingen konstgjord sötningsmedel för kaffe, ingen sylt eller jordnötssmör för rostat bröd, och frukosten var i bästa fall medioker. Tredje gången vi gick vid middagstid, Återigen fanns det en lapp på dörren, "Öppnar vid 16:00." så igen, vi gick till en annan restaurang. Efter tredje gången fick jag nog med den här flottiga skeden, men idag bad min vän mig att ge Sneaky Dee en chans till. Han sade att de annonserade en lunch specialmeny 11:00 till 16:00 med ett antal stora $ 8 smörgåsar - - grillad ost, BLT, kycklingbröst, Philly Steak, etc. , alla serveras med coleslaw och val av potatis. Han hoppades på smörgåsen med Philly Steak. Vi går till restaurangen vid tvåtiden. 45 pm. Vi fick menyer, men det fanns ingen lunch specialmeny. Han frågade servern om lunch specialmenyn, särskilt om Philly Steak och $ 8 lunchmeny. Hon sa att det inte var tillgängligt och sa till oss att titta på menyn och hon gick därifrån. Servern log aldrig och verkade irriterad när vi bad henne om något. När vi bad om sylt, tog hon oss var och en miniscule paket sylt. Hon erbjöd oss aldrig mer kaffe, så vi var tvungna att fånga hennes uppmärksamhet igen. Hon kom med kaffe och varken grädde eller socker. Återigen var hon tvungen att kallas tillbaka och återigen verkade missnöjd med oss. Hon fyllde aldrig våra vattenglas och frågade oss aldrig om vår mat var tillfredsställande. Vi ringde henne för notan. När hon kom kastade hon räkningen på bordet och placerade kassaterminalen på räkningen, så vi kunde inte se räkningen. Min vän sa att han ville betala kontant. Hon tog pengarna från hans hand utan att säga ett ord. Hon kom tillbaka med växeln och lade den på bordet utan ett ord till någon av oss. Jag övertalade min vän att inte lämna dricks. Han var upprörd av hela upplevelsen och berättade att han skulle kontakta sin vän ägaren om vad som hände. Det finns många familjeägda restauranger och matställen i Toronto som är långt överlägsna Sneaky Dee’s Jag berättade för min vän att Sneaky Dee's var en av de värsta restaurangerna i Toronto för service och mat. Jag uppgav att jag aldrig skulle komma tillbaka till denna restaurang, och jag skulle skriva en Trip Advisor Review som skulle rekommendera ingen annan äta på Sneaky Dee's heller.

Vi har inte varit i Sneaky Dees på flera år nu men efter att ha gjort ett återbesök för att träffa familj i ON, bestämde vi oss för att besöka för att hjälpa till att fira min frus födelsedag. En snöig lördag eftermiddag i början av februari blev jag positivt överraskad över att se platsen hade en bra mängd kunder utan att packas ut. Servern erbjöd oss ett stort bord, mer som kan ta de fyra av användning. Vi beställde drinkar som levererades i god tid innan vi sedan började beställa två tallrikar nachos, båda med kyckling, bönor, guacamole och gräddfil. Nachosen verkade vara hemlagad, inte fabriken köpte chips i påse och två tallrikar var mer än vi kunde hantera men de var utsökta. Gillar min mat mer på den kryddiga sidan än min andra familj, men jag lade till lite av den varma såsen för att öka värmeindex lite. Min fru lider av rörelsehinder och vi undrade hur hon kunde lyckas nå badrummen som ligger i källaren. Lyckligtvis upptäckte vi sedan att det finns ett tillgängligt badrum på bottenvåningen, svänga henne en plågsam tid att förhandla trapporna. Inredningen är oförändrad och är en del av karaktären för restaurangen/baren. Ur vårt perspektiv är maten bra, stora portioner och rimligt prissatta. Servern var uppmärksam och trevlig. Definitivt på vår lista att besöka igen när i området.

Vi stannade in för några drinkar och mat till lunch. De har några mycket "kostnadseffektiva" lunch specialer och öl att välja mellan. Vi delade några burrito's och Taco's. För mig förväntar jag mig inte att griskött på en Taco ska smaka som BBQ-sås. Kyckling var också lite intetsägande men jag skulle verkligen gå tillbaka för att ge andra saker ett försök och njuta av den svala vibe.

Jag fick vegan burrito mucho och det var verkligen riktigt bra, någon annan Fick en kycklingburrito sa att det var riktigt välsmakande. Bra portionsstorlekar, rimliga priser och billigt öl. Gillade verkligen den "grungier" atmosfären. Förmodligen hålla sig till öl på drinklistan. . . tjänsten var inte dåligt. . Jag tror inte att hon verkligen brydde sig om oss för mycket och bara gick bort efter att vi lämnat vårt tips. . . tack skulle du ha varit trevlig (därav fyra stjärnor)

Vanligtvis älskar denna plats. Servitrisen brydde sig inte om min matallergi eller erbjöd att kolla med köket. Tyvärr var jag tvungen att be henne att göra det för mig. Hur som helst svaret fick jag ingen förklaring. Maten jag fick var i bästa fall medioker. Kycklingen hade en inte riktigt kokta hela vägen och baconet var också kokt. Inte som jag minns för bara några månader sedan. Kommer inte tillbaka.

Min man och jag ätit inte på Sneaky Dee's, vi kom för en rolig kväll ute och det var precis vad vi hade! Fantastisk musik, stor publik, billiga drycker! Försökte kaktusen i Valley nachos och har drömt om dem sedan. Min man var också imponerad. De var en stor del - definitivt nog för oss att dela. Endast klagomål var min gin och tonic var mycket svag. Smakade som vatten. När i Toronto igen kommer jag definitivt tillbaka för nachos. Men jag ska noga beställa en flaska öl.

Tog en öl och några nachos innan en show på en fredag kväll, trångt bar, men uppmärksam personal. Vi satt fast vid ett bord där vi inte kunde flytta och det gjorde det obekväma. Färgglada bar, bra musik, känd för sina nachos men våren var staplad lite ensidig. Skulle troligen gå igen.
