My husband and I stopped by The Rex before heading to see Shen Yun today, hoping to grab a quick bite. Despite the fact that they were preparing for their own show at 2:00, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were served quickly with our food. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service — it worked out perfectly for both of us! The atmosphere was great, and the food hit the spot. Thanks again for taking such good care of us! We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, great price. Attendant only present during working hours, however customers have their own access card to gain property and room entry. Room was fairly small, they do have bigger option. I had to share a common bathroom in the hall, which was a new experience. Bring slippers if you’re weird about stuff like that - otherwise very good service and didn’t have much disruption from the bar/restaurant below - especially during Friday/saturday.

Spectacular. That is the word I would use to describe the experience I had at The Rex Jazz and Blues Bar. Doorman is friendly, great ambiance, and the band playing was out of this world. If you’re looking to spend 1-2 hours with great jazz and music, this is your place. Very happy we were able to come here.

Allvarligt hemsk Bartender. De smutsiga fingrarna, flera ringar , bandage och fingrar obehagligt nära glasögonens kanter. Man skulle kunna tro att ett förstklassigt jazzställe kan göra bättre. Och Servicen är undermålig också. Bara att få en öl presenterade en viss server med stora svårigheter. Jag var tvungen att fråga 3 gånger innan någon märkte det, och när jag äntligen kunde göra en beställning lyckades den här killen bli fientlig när jag blev alltmer frustrerad över vad som utvecklades. Vilken bra liten plats för musik och mat. Spiste där två gånger under ett besök i Toronto nyligen. Njöt de fräscha frites och grillad tofu-smörgås. Min fru och son båda åtnjöt sin chili.
