I'm not really sure what changed. We love the vegan and vegetarian options at Eat BKK in Leslieville, and we usually order either directly through their website or on the Uber Eats app. This time, Uber Eats showed a new option - Vegan Table - located within Eat BKK. We figured the food would be as good as always, and they had a 2 for 1 special so we ordered from here. The food was not as flavourful or as fresh as it usually is from Eat BKK and the Thai iced tea had a strange taste to it.

First of all, some of the dishes were not vegan - for a place calling itself the Vegan Table, this is extremely disappointing. They run from a Thai restaurant that is not vegan so I’m sure they got dishes mixed up but it’s not acceptable to have an online storefront that has meat/egg when a fully vegan menu is promised.
The food itself was not bad. The friend enoki mushrooms were too greasy but would be nice with a good dip. The coconut soup had chicken so went untasted. The pad sew noodles had egg in them. The green curry was delicious (caution, the mild is already quite spicy). The fried eggplant was lovely as well but could do with more veggies. Overall, just disappointed to not be able to taste dishes I purchased.
