Walrus Pub was the perfect venue for my client's company holiday party! We utilized the lower level pub space that was equipped with 2 pool tables, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of space for dancing and mingling. The atmosphere was lively and the staff allowed us to adorn the space with our own holiday decor so it looked fantastic! Food and drink were 10/10 – we've received nothing but positive feedback from our attendees.

Stopped by for lunch before catching the train. The place has a certain Euro charm to it. It is a large space but it was busy. The lunch menu was a bit limited but the dishes looked interesting. I had the chicken sliders and they were good

If you're a fan of fish and chips, I have to say that The Walrus has a spectacular dish. I especially loved the presentation on their shoe string fries! I had the pleasure of meeting up with my good friend Mr. Tim, and we had a blast catching up on old times and old friends. This restaurant and bar is located right in the heart of the financial district, so it is a bit pricey but worth it. If you're ever in the area, it's an amazing spot, and the staff are extremely friendly. I can't wait to come back and try something new!

I recently visited the restaurant for a special event. I was impressed by the size and overall quality of the venue.
The appetizers were delicious, and the equipment provided for the meeting was excellent. The service was also very good.

We had our work christmas party here. The place is great.  The food, the service and the atmosphere are all 100 percent.

Efter en lång flygresa från Australien behövde vi bara en drink och något att äta innan läggdags, vi snubblade över Valrossen och så glada vi gjorde! Personalen var enastående... otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam och glad att ha en pratstund. Pizzan var fantastisk och atmosfären och inredningen stor. Ett stort tack till Spike (säg hej till din mamma 😊) och teamet.... rekommenderas varmt 😍

Utmärkt , personalen mycket vänlig ... särskilt chefen; god mat och bra valuta för pengarna. Vi besökte två gånger och åt två gånger . Bra urval av öl och god Guinness. . tack

Utmärkt matupplevelse på Walrus Pub. Efter att ha avvisats från Elephant & Castle , var vi glada att hitta The Walrus Pub på Bay Street. Personalen gick utöver för att göra oss välkomna på vad som var en mycket hektisk lördag vid 17:00. Vi hade vårt hjärta på fish & chips och de var superb. Bara överträffas av vår vänliga servitris Veronica och servitör Spike. Lokalen är lyckligt lottad att ha sådan bra personal. Tack för att du kom. Happy Nova Scotians.

Servicen var hemsk. Maten tog mer än 1 timme att komma fram. Vi erbjöds churros som en ursäkt och de kom aldrig. När vi nämnde vårt missnöje fick vi inget annat än attityd från vår server som var snabb att säga hur en kund inte alltid har rätt. Rekommenderas inte. Satsa på Tim Hortons nästa gång.

Mycket inbjudande atmosfär. Bra blandning av happy hour efter jobbet publiken och folk som har kul. Baren är unik och perfekt beläget. Med stadens rörelse som bakgrund. Massor av val till att börja med, inklusive GF och Veggie alternativ. De stekta brysselkålarna var helt enkelt fantastiska med en perfekt blandning av grönt, krydda och dressing. Kyckling nuggets med lätt chili lime beredning var också bra. Churros var en fantastisk touch - perfekt dessert. Ligger nära Royal York, Union station och ett kvarter bort från HHOF. Concierge på Royal York föreslog detta som ett casual val. Kudos till henne!

Hade en grupplunch på Walrus. Kunde inte riktigt prata med gruppen eftersom musiken är alldeles för hög. När det gäller TV-skärmarna. . . Varför då? Folk är där för att äta, inte för att se nyheterna på TV. En server för ett helt gruppbord, särskilt vid lunch, inte acceptabelt. Servrarna var mycket oprofessionellt klädda, en server bar till och med shorts. Som sagt, laxen var bra, men sittplatsen var bara dum. Skulle inte gå tillbaka.

Walrus Pub kunde bygga ut en anständig stor uteplats och det är definitivt platsen att ta ett bord om du kan. Maten är ganska bra men inte spektakulär - jag tyckte om den rostade kyckling-förrätten (mycket smakrikt och med slaven och äpplet som lägger till fin konsistens) och av restaurangen kompis gillade verkligen hamburgaren. För en restaurang som håller sig som en "ölhall" skulle jag ha förväntat mig ett ännu större urval av fatöl men det har god variation (Collective Arts IPA: er är utmärkta). Tjänsten var bra och priserna rättvisa för en plats i centrum.

Min man och jag hade en tidig middag på restaurang / bar förra torsdagskvällen. Tyvärr gjorde vi misstaget att gå runt 5:30 p. m. Platsen var fastnat och extremt högljudd. Efter en kort 20 minuters väntan satt vi vid ett bord på framsidan av restaurangen nära DJ. Musiken var så hög det gjorde mitt huvud spin. Min man beställde walrus burger och jag hade den gyllene kyckling smörgås, som båda var bra. Restaurangen / baren är på två våningar. När jag vandrade ner var jag förvånad över att se en frisör i mitten av restaurangen. Det var verkligen konstigt att se folk äta och dricka medan männen fick håret att skära. Det fanns glasskivor som skiljer barbershop men jag skulle inte vilja äta där nere, jag skulle vara rädd för att få hår i min mat.

Att hitta någonstans bra runt Union Station är en utmaning. Massor av ingen personlighetskedja restauranger eller d - väska fylld dyr sushi restauranger. Walrus är ett bra alternativ - nere de har pingis och en mer avslappnad atmosfär, på övervåningen har de baren som är ljusa och ljusa och mysigare bord. Något för alla. Jag tror att deras mat är också mycket gott - deras pizza är bra, deras kycklingbett med honung är alltid en träff med mina vänner och de gör en bra köttfärs. De kan också ha bra happy hour cocktail erbjudanden också. Övergripande - det här är min resa - när man träffar vänner som arbetar i centrum. Nära till Union and Scotiabank Arena - det är ett utmärkt val.

Stannade på en söndag kväll efter en dag med samtal på Peterborough Garden Show för vissa öl och mat. Bra öl urval och mat. Sashimi tonfisk salladskål var utom denna värld. Stor bartender som verkligen känner till öl. Skulle definitivt komma tillbaka igen nästa gång jag är i stan.

Vi slutade för drycker på en söndag kväll. Atmosfären var trendig och DJen pumpade entusiastiskt. Tjänsten var utmärkt. Bartenderen var skickligt tillmötesgående och gjorde en meny apple Rabarber cocktail för mig. Det var utsökt!

Vacker restaurang i staden, snygg bar på ena sidan av matsalen är ganska trevligt. Maten var mycket välsmakande och service personal är mycket uppmärksam på alla dina behov. Perfekt för pre-spel eller teater middag eller efter spel öl.

Vi råkade vara nära och som alltid på en resa bestämde oss för att gå en promenad genom denna ginormous stad (visste aldrig att den har nära 3 miljoner invånare). Lyckligtvis tog vi rätt sväng och stötte på "Walrus". Layouten är rätt - Kontrollera! Stor konst på denna plats - kolla! Bra drycker, drinkar och öl - kolla! Vi har haft fingerfood - kolla! Stor barkeeper (bara för upptagen för att hantera det) - Kolla! Sammantaget för ett affärsdistrikts hotspot. . . . Ett bra val att besöka!

Cool bar med pool på övervåningen och pingis och en barbers downstairs! anständigt cocktail erbjudande och bra musik. Bar personal var verkligen hjälpsamma och området martini bar skulle vara en trevlig plats med tjejerna. . . . .

Bra ställe för en efterhändelse / middag. Trodde platsen är inte tyst, det är en trevlig atmosfär och maten är fantastisk.
