This is the third location of this Vietnamese restaurant chain. Great location here on College St that used to be the butter chicken place from what I remember. There's also a Pho place nearby that has night hours from 4pm to 4am but this place opens at 10am so more of a regular spot for lunch. It has a comprehensive menu overhead at the order counter which greets you has you enter the space. This is something that not many Asian restaurants have, and quite the idea. You order off the menu and discuss the options with the server, pay and then sit down and wait for your order to be brought to you. Kind of a hybrid of the cafeteria style of restaurant. Drinks are in a fridge nearby and they also of course serve the venerable Vietnamese coffee both hot and iced. The iced version is apparently a milder coffee that's meant for North American consumption and not as hard core as some places. I ordered a bowl of vermicelli with spring rolls and grilled pork, one of my favourites! My bill, with tax and tip was just over $20 so not the cheapest place in Chinatown. It seems like everything on the menu is that price, unless you order banh mi. The dish was perfectly fine with a nice crunch to the spring rolls, and bbq flavour to the grilled pork. There was a shredded cabbage to the mix which was a little unusual and I liked that a lot. It didn't impress me with anything in particular. Overall perfectly fine spot and plenty of room to bring a group and just order randomly whenever you want, rather than needing to wait for a server which is a bonus.

The prices were really good the service was fast and excellent and the food was felicious and healthy too. I can't wait to go back. They even opened early gor me.. They do Pho too and at a very reasonable price. Just a special little place.
