Overpriced garbage, with no flavour. If you want better tacos, burritos, etc.... go to Gus tacos, Tacos el Asador, or any one off place in Toronto. I was looking for a healthier option, but instead my wallet went on a diet, and overpaid for food that wasn't great. Has no flavour as well, so I can see why Americans like it. Anyways, my mistake.

This is a food court Chipotle inside Yorkdale Mall. The service is pretty fast even though the location can get very busy. The line moves relatively quickly. Make sure you tell the employee exactly what you want. For example, if you want more lettuce, just ask for more. I like to get the barbacoa bowl, and it's good every time.

Everything was going good up until I saw a roach on the back of the monitor when they were cashing me out, I froze in shock, took my change and walked away with my food as I genuinely didn't believe what I was seeing.. as I checked the most recent review it was about someone feeling sick after eating there (posted 4 days ago), It made sense and I finally believed what I saw. I immediately threw away my food and got food somewhere else. STAY AWAY!

We ordered a chicken bowl and veggie bowl for lunch. Although the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the chicken was flavourful, the portion size was extremely small. The "veggies" for the veggie bowl was just a few pieces of sautéed onions and green peppers. Although the veggie bowl includes guacamole, we were asked if we'd like to add it. When I commented that guac was included, he responded "oh ya." I wish I had taken a picture of our bowls before we ate them because the containers were less than half; the portion size at other locations is a full container. We paid for a full bowl, not half! Between the extremely small portion size and unfriendly staff, I suggest you do not eat here. The next time I want to eat a bowl in the Yorkdale food court, I'll go to Good Karma Mindful Eating since their bowls look much better -- FILLED with healthier ingredients -- and cost only $0.48 more than the bowls at Chipotle Mexican Grill, plus their staff actually smile!

This chipotle location has been disappointing the past 5 times I've eaten there. When I'm at Yorkdale, I always want to eat Chipotle but they have been so disappointing during all my visits. The staff doesn't listen, I get it, you located in a mall, it's very busy on the weekends, the lines never stop and you hate your job, but it's not my problem that you don't do anything about it. They always mess up my order somehow one way or another: 1) no cheese and yes to corn but they do the opposite 2) asked for extra salad dressing 3 times and still forget to give me any 3) guacamole on the SIDE but they rush and just hear guac and toss it on my salad 4) they don't drain the bean sauce well so always my food is drenched in bean sauce rather than salad dressing (pls refer to my pictures) 5) portions are very noticeably smaller than other locations 6) cashiers always have bad attitude and rude, rushing you - get another job if you're so unhappy but wait with that attitude no wonder you're doing the job you are. All cashiers at other Chipotle are always so nice, cheerful and friendly

I don't usually review chain-restaurants, but Chipotle really stands out as far as chain-restaurants goes. The queue was fairly long, and I got to see the staff grill the chicken fresh, and cut it up. Decide to try that and it was juicy and flavorful! Read more about their story and really love the food with integrity lifestyle. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers. Perhaps HQ should review the staffs at this location. The gentlemen before me asked to sample the Sofritas, the staff seemed really irritated to have to look for a little sample cup and spoon. I had a negative experience with their customer service as well, but that was resolved at HQ level. The price is a nudge higher than their competitors, but for good reason! Would definitely recommend the food though!

Had the chicken and steak soft shell tacos. Tacos were full of fresh fillings and meat. Adding guacamole always a must. Service was quick and fast.

I used to work at Yorkdale for years and this was my favourite place in the food court to grab a quick meal. Came here last night with the bae after an event in the mall and ordered a carnitas salad to go with chips and salsa on the side. Service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious, just as I remembered. Not sure why there is no much Chipotle hate out there but I am a fan!

Portions for the bowls are stupidly small. Ordered brown rice, the serving container had very little left in it. The guy serves us what's left, rather than give us an accurate portion amount. $10 bucks for 3 spoons of rice. What a joke.
