Så svårt att skriva denna recension! Vi besökte denna cocktailbar på en dags övernattning i Toronto. Platsen är mycket trevligt inredda och på grund av IT är i finansdistriktet de ändrar priserna på cocktails (aldrig gå över priset på menyn) via skyltar som i aktiemarknaden. Härligt välkomnande från Terry som förklarade hur IT fungerade och trots utbildning en ny kollega tog stor omsorg i att göra våra cocktails. Vi jobbade oss igenom några stycken och insåg då att happy hour närmade sig från 14:00 till 17:00 sedan från 21:00 till stängning och bestämde oss för att äta lite mat och mer cocktails. Detta berodde delvis på att de fantastiska cocktails som Terry gjorde fick oss att känna oss mycket välkomna. . men jag kunde inte undgå att märka att en del av personalen var lite mindre vänlig i synnerhet en kvinnlig chef som verkade morra på personalen för det mesta. IT blev uppenbart anledningen till att personalen var så här när hon närmade sig baren och tillrättavisade Terry mitt framför ögonen på oss, andra medarbetare och traineekollegan för att han vågade använda sitt initiativ och lägga lite citronskal på en lavendeldrink! Den riktiga garneringen borde ha varit en ätbar blomma (vilket de inte hade och använde blomblad istället). Det är citron i drycken så IT var lämpligt att använda garneringen. IT var ett väldigt pinsamt ögonblick för alla på detta skvaller inklusive oss själva. . hon verkade då gå av skift och man kunde direkt se förändringen i personalen förmodligen från lättnad! Vi tillbringade quite lite på mat och cocktails och ägaren kom för att tala med oss för att fråga hur vår natt var att gå, vi berättade allt vi hade sett och han var bestört och lovade att det skulle åtgärdas. Denna bar är definitivt värt att besöka för både mat och dryck men de måste bestämma vilka medlemmar av personalen är viktigare, jag vet vem jag skulle hålla (Terry)

Ljusa och rymliga. Jag satt i ett bås. Den här restaurangen hade den somriga specialen när jag stannade för lunch. Utmärkt lunch. Kycklingsallad Wraps aptitretare, NY Striploin huvudrätt och cheesecake dessert var alla utmärkta. Servicen var utmärkt.
