Okay, I see all the bad reviews, and it seems unlikely I would be giving a five star review to a place that couldn't rent me a car, but I am, and here's why: Without getting into details, my parents weren't well and I had to rent a car to get down to see them. I work at a building that has a Enterprise car share but was having issues with renting it. I called a few of Enterprises numbers but nothing was going right and I was still car-less and under duress to do so. There didn't seem to be a way to get me a car as almost all rental places were closed on the Easter long-weekend. Somehow, I got connected to this branch, and the coolest guy working for Enterprise answered my call. Now, like I said, at days end they couldn't rent me a car (I didn't have the space on my card so my sister was going to pay for the rental, but that causes issues if the payee is not the driver) but it wasn't for lack or trying, understanding, empathy, professionalism and above-and-beyond effort. This guy didn't know me from any other total stranger and he tried his best to get this done. He offered to and then did finish my car share application, offered to talk to his boss to get this done if it was in any way possible, and was genuine in his efforts to help me out. I know the feeling when someone comes through with an urgent request where you work and it's sometimes tough to connect to how you'd feel if you were that person, but that's exactly what this dude did. Bosses, if you're reading this, promote and give Darnell a raise, IMMEDIATELY. That guy is one of the best employees I've ever spoken to, EVER. Seriously, you gotta' value people that good. They are worth their weight in gold and then some. Do it now, he is well deserving!!

MY RESPONSE TO NATALIE AND Michelle CSR FROM ENTERPRISE. You guys are fraud. Why all respond from Enterprise are the same. I have been contacting Enterprise since 18th of August regarding this misdeed acts....No one HAVE THE responded to me. I was told multiple times by your loyalty dept customer service centre in Guatemala, Central American country @ phone number 855-266-9565 that this matter was being escalated to a manager, but I have not received any follow-up. Telling me to do what I have done it's misleading. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and I need a resolution immediately. Please have a manager or district manager contact me within 48 hours. If I do not hear back, I will escalate this to Enterprise Corporate Headquarters or a legal action. The entire staff are friendly and accommodating. They have a great variety of cars and the vehicles are always clean. One time I noticed a chip in the windshield after I took out the car and when I notified them, they immediately notated it so that I wouldn't be charged for something I hadn't done. The team is ace.

Horrible experience. Returned the car in front of their office. When I got at the desk the guy told me I had to drive it out back even though someone just did the same thing moments before I walked in . The keys from the other driver were literally right in front of my eyes. How do you choose which driver to go the extra mile for and which to tell hit the road? Are they profiling?
