In spite of a pleasant customer service message responding to my complaint about the bedbugs I found in my rental car, and in spite of my follow through in response to that, I have had NO interaction with management on this issue -they've basically ignored the problem. My review is of management practices now, not bugs. You'd think they'd want to follow up on bedbugs, which are a horror to get out of your home once they are in. (Bedbugs in car get on person, person goes in house, bedbugs on person get in house.) I don't understand how these nice reviews of this Enterprise branch are on your site, given the messed up management - someone must have made them up.

A pretty serious caveat before you read this review: I don't know how to drive. So this perspective is from a little lady sitting shotgun. However, just because I'm not a real adult, doesn't mean I don't appreciate great customer service. The people at Enterprise all over the world are incredibly (like ruhlly, ruhllllly) kind, and this location is no exception. As far as I can tell, the prices of the cars here are about the same as other rental places but the thing that makes this place extra helpful is that they don't require a massive hold on your credit cards. Which, if you're going to take a trip and spend some of our hard earned dollars, is appreciated.

If I am a dog and Enterprise is my owner, I am the most loyal. When traveling, I'm often forced to deal with the big names of the travel world: airlines, car rentals, hotels, clean clothes and dop kit supplies at chain stores. Out of all the major companies, I've never had better customer service. I'm not kidding. I think it's because I give them a lot of money, but if you plan far in advance their pricing is competitive. This location might not be good for many but anyone south of Dupont, between Dufferin & Bathurst, it's good. The Enterprise system they've coordinated is really easy: use *their* website instead of a third party a month in advance, ID / Credit Card upon arrival, their CC hold is only $100 on top of the cost, and the check in / check out is always three minutes. There's a restroom at this location. Loyalty does pay off. Treat please.

I needed to rent a couple of vehicles and walked in to make the reservations, well ahead of the dates needed. The salesperson was extremely unhelpful and offered zero assistance to come up with a solution. I left without booking. I did, however, get excellent service from the Enterprise location at 859 The Queensway.

this review is for Enterpsie in general I rented from Enterprise with insurance for a long road trip out East. On the highway the front of the car was torn off by a 6 by 8 foot plank of plywood. It was terrifying and upsetting. Once I was done with the police report, I calledEnterprise. They provided a tow to their nearest location and had a replacement car their waiting for me. There was little to no paperwork and zero unexpected fee. Everyone was friendly and compassionate to the situation. I never would have imagined a thing like that going so smoothly. Have been and always will be a loyal customer since.

If this place was open until 7pm, easy 5 stars - they're the most pleasant rental place in the 'hood and they let you drop off after-hours if needed. As it is, I rent from them whenever their open hours correspond with my rental needs. =)

i mean, it's a rental car place. do they give you the car you reserved? yes. are they efficient? yes. friendly? yes. most car rental places fail on at least one of these counts, and in fact, i've rented from enterprise at other locations and they had a massive failing on these fronts. but the reason i wrote this review is because the interaction was somewhat comical. first, both guys at the place seem very young, early 20s at most. and i think they think the job is somewhat comical. why do they need to dress up fancy to give someone a rental car? especially since they are actually dealing with cars, often dirty, all day long. all kinds of absurdity, likely imposed by enterprise corporate. the decor is straight out of "the office." i could go on. anyway, the guy who seems like the boss is wearing this slightly too large suit, and while the other guy is checking us in, with a huge grin on his face with every required question, the boss just shouts out, "hey i got a great SUV for you guys! wanna upgrade?" we don't. but i almost laugh. the boss is just hanging out in back, and he shouts it out. like your friend who goes to the fridge and yells out, "anybody want a beer?" i suspect these guys would go insane if they didn't have each other.
