I literally left from here about 15minutes ago. This McDonald's was the WORST, I seriously have some BIG CONCERNS regarding this location. This was my first time here and it was very clear there are RED FLAGS. I came through the drive thru and asked for a FRESH mc chicken with extra lettuce and mayo and the employee (who was doing the drive tru) says: okay, a BLT sandwich!! WHAT?? Omg i dont even eat pork and where on earth do you hear BLT from a mc chicken. Okay corrected, no big deal right? As i was looking at the screen to see what she was typing, i seen she hasnt added the cheeseburger on to the order. She quickly just says drive up. Like NO hello ms. you havent even added in the cheeseburger she says i got the hamburger though, okay good job you got the hamburger on my order i also asked for a CHEESEBURGER she then replys just drive to the window and tell them. WHAT?? and then the drive thru lady cuts me off doesnt return back to the speaker, at that point i hear her voice at the lane 1 speaker taking someone elses order. How ridiculous, WHATS THE BIG RUSH there are no customers here. Anyhow i drive to the first window i spoke to that employee and said okay so add the cheeseburger and you got the fresh mcchicken on there and Its going to be made fresh right? She replys: yes we got it, its fresh. But then when the window closes i hear her yelling WELL DONE MC CHICKEN aka meaning they didnt even get the fresh mcchicken. Second window: it was most likely the idiotic lady who was taking my order from drive thru. She hands me the 2 drinks on a dirty tray and tells me to park. I told her please give me the ketchups before i do that. She says ill put the ketchup in the bag. I said NO, i asked for you to give me the ketchups since most likely youll FORGET. Finally get the ketchups and park up. AHHHH. Food came quickly, I opened the mcchicken and instantly i knew it wasnt made FRESH infact they gave me an OLD mc chicken thats been just sitting there. How dare them!! I walk right up to the drive thru window since the front is closed due to covid. I said hey, this mchicken isnt fresh who are you trying to fool?? make me a fresh one as i have asked several times and you still couldnt even make it fresh! I said, whats going on here?? Because looking through the window into the restraunt it was extremely dirty and i even told the employee or the manager? (Cant tell)... 1.the tray you placed my drinks in was extremely dirty as if they picked up the trays from the garbage bins to reuse and save money ( i wish i was kidding but im really not) 2.my drinks also had fruitopia stains all over the cups when the drink I've ordered is a coke. 3. the McDonald's bag had ketchup on it. 4.RUDE STAFF I told her during covid you should be stepping it up but instead you are stepping right down and which btw NON were wearing any GLOVES so ofcourse our food is being handled with no GLOVES. This is a disaster and extremly worrisome. I have filled a complaint regarding all the above and mostly about how unsanitary this restaurant is. I wouldnt recommend coming here to eat and i wouldnt suggest to bring your children here to eat. In all honesty i took one bite and it tasted awful from there i lost my appetite and feed the two combos with the two burgers to the seagal's and i can tell you the seagal's were definitely happy. I now know why I hardly hang out at McDonald's.... even when they started to having their McCafe and their Iced Coffee is $1. Kids screaming! Stop the kids screaming!! I know it is kind of exciting to be jumping up and down and run around... but just do that inside the kid's play area? Sigh.... Free Wifi was working perfectly! CP24 would have make someone happy! I am glad I am here not too often but there was no sight of a Starbucks close by and it is near the airport. Great location to wait for someone's flight to arrive......

Overall a decent restaurant especially from its recent renovation. Service is as good as it can get. One example is NYE at 9pm. So many people but the team were able to get it all together.

This location is very busy. It is bigger than it used to be and the entrance is fairly big. There is a generous playplace for children which was closed when I went. The bathrooms were also clean. The only reason I would take off a star is because there was only one person taking orders, so it took longer than expected to get my coffee and apple pies.

It really depends on the day of the week you come and the time of the day you come... can find it clean as a whistle or dirty as hell. In store is slow drive thru is slow. but its open 24 hours and for a quick meal who can complain.

Working nights limits one to local fast food joints. I think I've over done the heart clogging food crave. I come to this McDonald's almost every working day and its taken it's toll. I come only for the convenance now. Not because I like the food. Trying to eat healthy or to make healthier choices just doesn't happen at this location after 1:30am. They stop serving salads or anything with grilled chicken. I think I'll just have to start bring a lunch from home. Will be lighter on the gut as well as the wallet.

Have to call out the Arches on this location. Likely a VERY busy one, there doesn't seem to be any urgency on anyone's mind. I arrived at kiosk with one other client at cash, by the time I had my order done there were two orders on the board, 7 minutes later, neither of us served (my order was a mcmuffin and coffee-not challenging), there were 14 on the board and the expeditor was fully focused on the coffee only orders. At 10 mins I got my order. Of course they screwed it up too (read above - not a tough order really?). When I brought up issue they were great and prompt, getting there wasn't so smooth though.

Vastly different than years ago when it had the old caboose on the lot for kid's birthday parties, but still the same consistent food you've come to expect from McDonalds. Drive thru is pretty quick.
