Food is absolutely delicious! The chicken is quite flavorful and I had the X-hot sauce. This day I came and their hood was being repaired so I waited but not too long. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I certainly recommend.

The last time I went to Nando's was in England, almost five years ago. It's been much longer since I've been to one in Canada. I don't know why. My friend had the PERi-PERi ¼ Chicken Meal (white meat) with their Lemon & Herb Sauce and Nando's Fries. I had the PERi-PERi ¼ Chicken (dark) with Mango & Lime Sauce and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. PERi-PERi, if you didn't know, is a pepper, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chili. There were several PERi-PERi BBQ sauces available. We tried the Medium, Hot, and Garlic versions. The Garlic version, with a splash of Hot, was our favourite. This was good chicken and we'll be back!

Have been here twice. The first time was a good experience, chicken was great only the dining area was smoky and the table was a bit sticky. The second time was disappointing. The drink machine was broken and after 20 minutes they still couldn't fix it. I felt so thirsty because of the chicken, so asked the manager lady if can get a canned coke instead while waiting for the machine to be fixed, she was like "No you can't, wait for the machine, because other people are also waiting" - well, shouldn't you have done something to the other people too?? An apology and a glass of water could have saved the damage. The drink machine was eventually fixed, but a negative impression had been created. One star for the chicken (juicy and well seasoned with the perfect churn taste) and one for the interior. Both times they were clearly short staffed. Food (quality, presentation) - 4/5 Drinks (quality, variety) - 1/5 Ambience (interior, cleanness) - 2/5 Service - 1/5 Value - 4/5

Nando's is a South African flame grilled chicken restaurant with many locations across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. This location offers dine in, takeout, curbside pickup, Uber eats delivery. It's a fast serve concept restaurant where you go to the front counter place your order and pay first. You get a table number and they bring the food to you. The restaurant was not too busy at 3:45pm so we expected the wait time for the food to be short. The server brought us cutlery plate and glasses for water. The garlic bread was served first. Thin sliced pieces of bread with some butter and garlic. Bread was grilled just right not too cripsy not too soggy. The chicken and sides did take longer than we expected. But it was worth the wait. The whole chicken was plated nicely with our large sides of spiced rice and mashed potatoes. Both sides were very tasty and flavorful. The chicken had a nice crispy skin and the inside was juicy. You have a choice of level of heat at Nandos which range from mild to hot. We went with medium heat. The peri peri sauce was not over powering but gave it a nice boost to the chicken. You can ask for a bottle of sauce to bring to your table for additional dipping sauce on your chicken. The place uses compostable takeout boxes kudos to them for caring for the environment. Overall we enjoyed the food and look forward to our next visit here and perhaps try their famous flame grilled chicken sandwich. PS they do have beer and wine menu and they do serve sangria as well. Come by and give them a try. The reviews seem inconsistent to my personal experience so don't be discouraged by the low rating this place puts out some delicous peri peri chicken. Not worth the hype. We got a take out order and it took forever. They also messed up and gave us the wrong size food. I was hoping the taste would be a lot better but it was just ok. It is nice that they have seating inside.

i went to this location tonight. place is not the same - dirty and the food was average: got a whole chicken to share with a friend - it looked yummy, flavor outside is good, but the inside of the chicken was lacking. $66 down the drain. will not come again, unfortunately.

I've never been to Nandos and I really enjoyed the food. The whole chicken was tender and not over cooked. The golden cauliflower was delicious and a pleasant surprise. The only complaint was it was slightly salty for my taste. However, the environment and service was mediocre. The waiter got our order wrong and it was pretty loud. Although we did arrive at dinner time, so the place was packed with families with little kids running around. Next time I might get it for take out.

nando's peri-peri are cheaters as they ripped me and my husband off concerning the meal we had originally ordered. they ended up giving us the wrong order and it was our first time there for october 19, 2024. my husband and i would strongly advise you not to go there as they are dishonest. please think twice before you think about going there!!!
