such a great lounge in the downtown Toronto area. I come here often with my friends and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and accommodating. their hospitality is one of the main reasons I am a frequent customer and my friends and I always have the best time here. Shisha flavours are plentiful and of great quality and the coffees are so good. I highly recommend visiting Pasha lounge!

Food was amazing. Music choice was great. Very chill vibes. Wasn't a fine of the waitress. She gave more attention to people she knew and kept forgetting stuff we asked for. Everything else was great. Just need better service.

I'm visiting from the states, this place was pretty lively on a Saturday night. A belly dancer performed around 12AM which was cool. It was a nice touch for my birthday lol. The hookah is reasonably priced. However they don't have adalya flavors :(. I didn't get the ice pipe I asked for and it took a while to get a coal change and the coke I asked for twice.

I love hookah but living downtown we are kind of limited of our options, so we decided to check this place out! It was bumping, packed, our hostess was a doll she came downstairs to guide us back up the this place since it is on the second floor!! Talk about customer service!!! They were playing the best of music, ambiance was lively, the most hottest middle eastern men I think they all come for sheesha here on a Friday night, and they have a belly dancer who comes out at 11:30 but we didn't stay for that. Place stays open till 4am and serves appetizers, desserts, NON ALCOHOLIC drinks, yes this place does NOT serve drinks..but it is one of the coolest places if you're looking to blow out smoke which contains double apple flavors!!

The ambiance and shisha was decent and priced at $20, which is fair. Other places usually replace coals for you or give you a few extra to change yourself, but I had to flag down staff for more coals and most of the time, staff was not around. They have many TVs, but don't seem to make good use of them. They did charge automatic tip/add an extra fee, so make sure to thoroughly review your bill if you choose to go here.

Worst Shisha place I ever been to. Customer service is awful. When I told our waitress the flavor we ordered was not what we asked for, her response was "yes it's the right flavor, I can smell it from across the room". I then asked her if you don't believe me, try it. She refused. She then attempted to remake it, and it tasted the exact same. Come to find out, the bowl she used was an orange head which I never asked for which is why the flavor was altered. She is the worst waitress ever. She has curly brown hair. Stay away, go anywhere else!

First time here, we came here to try to salvage the night from a very bad experience from dinner. Its loud and booming and busy. If you want a chill atmosphere, skip this place. It's a great place if you wanna hang about, listen to good music and talk to friends. I really enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff was attentive and quick. Only reason it lost a star is because of the mess. It's not dirty, but messy in terms of them not cleaning a table until they actually needed the table. Ex. We sat next to a table that had a melted ice cream cake slice on it for the whole 2 and a half hours we were there. They were busy, so I get it. But it's a good place. I would go back.

Came again to give the place another chance, and it was a mess. We ordered three shishas, and only one of them was the correct flavour. We had to ask twice, before we even got them. We asked for some playing cards as well which never came. Two different waiters were coming to our table which seemed unnecessary and was probably part of the reason for the mix ups. This was on a weekday as well and there was maybe two other groups aside from mine, so it wasn't even that busy.

Bruh Not worth going. The service is so bad that we leave at first hour. Shisha was prepared poorly. The best think we had was the burger. Don't come here.
