Got the build your own poke regular size and was able to add a lot of toppings and get 2 protein choices which I loved and food was very flavourful and filling came to $20 with tax will definitely be going back

Finally, a place that doesn't limit you on toppings for a build your own bowl! I came on a Thursday evening and there was no line... the staff were quick to come help and offer suggestions. I was initially going to go with one of their signature bowls since I'm used to them being more bang for your buck, but the worker recommended that I build my own and I'm happy she did. For a regular sized bowl (came out to $19), you get to choose any base (I mixed brown rice with greens), two proteins (I went with spicy & regular salmon), and unlimited toppings, garnishes, and sauces which is the best part (you only have to pay extra for the premium stuff like avocado and masago)!! I like that they mix everything for you in a separate bowl first so the flavours get distributed evenly. I did feel she was pretty generous with the portions overall. My bowl was delicious... I really enjoyed the taste of everything together and felt the fish was decently fresh. I would return because I really enjoy that they offer unlimited toppings. The staff was also helpful in providing suggestions -- even offered me to sample some things. Typical food court vibes but lots of seating in the area.

Food 3.5/5 Service 3.5/5 Ambiance 4/5 This Pokeworks is inside The Well's food court which they call Wellington Market. I chose the make your own poke bowl where they basically make it in front of your eyes. You get to choose the toppings, protein & sauce. It's a pretty simple operation that doesn't require any cooking so you can get your food pretty quickly. The guys making my food were nice & quick. I will say though that because it's so noisy at The Well, it's hard to hear them. You have to yell to be heard. I got my food right away plus a bottle of water. Pricing is normal for this area & the type of food. No surprises there. The pokeworks here is standard food court style where you go to the counter & order your food then pick it up & pay at the other end of the counter. As I mentioned before it's very noisy here. There's all the noise of the people talking plus there's background music playing also. This is not the place for a quiet meal. LOL. That being said, there's a lot of selection for food vendors here. Not sure I would buy from Pokeworks again. There's not much you can do to make poke amazing. So I'd want to try something different next time I come to the Well.

Was exploring The Well and discovered Pokeworks at the food court downstairs. A healthier option among the other casual fast food. I got the salmon poke bowl with a mix of brown rice and salad. The salmon tasted fresh and surprisingly light with the yuzu dressing! The only thing is that a few salad greens were wilted from the hot rice so it would be better if the rice was served at a cooler temperature. The staff gave me a coupon for my next visit. Overall I think this was a yummy poke bowl at a reasonable price.

Built my own poke bowl and I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and variety of toppings. The food all tasted quite fresh and I believe my total came out to under $20 after tax which is quite reasonable for The Well. Additionally, you can pick as many toppings as you want so it was great value. Would definitely recommend!

I was really excited to try this place and oh what a huge disappointment. Based on what I ate and price, they won't last long. I ordered a regular size bowl and I did not get a full portion which was priced all wrong. The ingredients were not fresh, probably because business is slow at such high prices. My partner ordered food from another vendor for $4.50 cheaper and had more food than me. When will businesses ever learn, you can't charge a premium and under deliver. Oh and they even cut costs by not loading paper in charge terminal or issue a receipt once order is placed. Shame!!!
