Min son fick en defekt knapp gadget som förmodligen går av när upur mat är klar. Vi väntade och väntade i cirka 30 minuter. Vi gick sedan upp till disken för att upptäcka att maten hade väntat där en stund som var kall. De gjorde maten och vet du vad? Ordningen var fel. . . o herregud hur länge till. Maten ändrades och så småningom gavs till min son. Mycket tråkigt att ha upplevt detta. . . Tips: om du har GOTT om tid . . . gå till SS . . om inte . . HÅLL DIG BORTA! ! ! !

Vi hade en sådan besvikelse middag på denna plats igår kväll. Hela restaurangen såg ut som IT behövde en djuprengöring: golven var smutsiga, borden klibbiga och det var så många flugor vi var tvungna att Gästa maten medan vi åt. Burgarna var jättegoda och pommes fritesen var goda men kalla. Vi har ätit här minst ett halvdussin gånger förut och IT har alltid varit fläckfritt. Min man talade med chefen om flugorna som visste att det fanns ett problem men verkade uppgiven till IT. Tyvärr kommer vi inte tillbaka.

Den vanliga goda upplevelsen från shake shack. IT är alltid bra och denna plats var också. Burgare, pommes frites plus shakes till bordet och NO klagomål från någon i vår grupp. IT var hektiskt men allt gick smidigt

Hemsk service från början till slut. Borden var klibbiga och torkades inte av. Maten smakade gott - chips var kalla och skickades tillbaka. När vi fick de andra chipsen, la servern händerna på dem för att kolla temperaturen. Strax innan hon hade rört andras knappar så är det korskontaminering där då hon inte bytte handskar. Vi beställde också 10 kycklingnuggets och fick bara 9 i lådan. Vi kunde inte bry sig om att gå tillbaka en 3: e gång och kommer att rösta med fötterna. Kokset var platt och skickades också tillbaka. Vi älskar shake shack men detta föll långt under förväntan och vi kommer inte tillbaka.

Vi var på Union Station i Toronto plats. Aldrig sett en Crewe arbeta så bra tillsammans, en L'Unison. Snabbt effektivt, även göra lite extra som att plocka upp maten för personer med resväska, barn eller rörlighet problem. Platsen är tillbaka, upptagen men håll mycket ren och ordning

Restaurangen är stor med många bord men ganska upptagen. Det verkade ganska rent med tanke på antalet personer som serveras. Maten var inte bra. En liten, tunn, torr och överkokt biff med kanterna brända i en för liten bulle. Pommes frites är den skrynkliga sorten som inte går att skilja i smak från frysta pommes frites från snabbköp. Lemonaden var god. Priserna är höga med tanke på matens storlek och kvalitet. Jag har provat ganska många Shake Shack platser i USA och kvaliteten och smaken i USA platser var mycket bättre.

I klass med andra Shake Shacks vi har besökt. Bra ställe för en snabb hamburgare och pommes frites. Vi kom hit vid lunchtid på en lördag så platsen var mycket trångt. Trots detta höll personalen linjen snabbt, vår beställning var klar snabbt och maten var god.

Jag skulle inte återvända - även med kupongen de gav mig att "sminka" för att behöva returnera en underkokt hamburgare. En hamburgare och en shake kostar över 16 dollar. 00 ? Galet. Burgaren som kom tvåa, för att ersätta den första, var ännu krispigare på utsidan men hade fortfarande lite rosa på insidan, men inte lika mycket som den första. Båda hamburgarna var otroligt feta/oljiga. Jag kan inte föreställa mig vad de skulle göra med pommes frites. Jag skulle inte återvända om de betalade mig. Helt över - betygsatt. Harveys gör en bättre burgare.
