A safe, viable alternative for Toronto tickets. Star One is a ticket broker (aka scalper), but as opposed to scalpers, they are legal, friendly and safe to use. I use their services a few times a year. In terms of value, it all depends on the event. If its a sold-out U2 concert at the ACC you'll pay higher than box office prices. If it's a Tuesday night ballgame, you'll actually save money on tickets. For good seat location and value for Jays games, I believe there's no better place to go than Star One. You can save shipping costs by picking up locally as well.
