I've been coming here for all my rental needs for many years. The reps here every single one is thoroughly knowledgeable about explaining their terms and conditions. They have various updated vehicles. They are also one of the most affordable spot I know. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who needs a rental.

Reserved vehicle online upon arrival no vehicle was available. Personel did not offer vehicle of equivalent which is advertised on website . Why advertise when you clearly don't have stock . Another very disappointed customer.

I have been a customer of Enterprise for many ,,many years both in Canada and USA never had a bad experience with any other stores like this one. Very bad customer service, they don't know how to take the extra step to meet the customer convenience. Enterprise head office need to address the issues with this particular store. Until then NO DEALS with enterprise. Shame on this one bad apple.

1000 Rowntree Dairy Rd. location of Enterprise staffs are very friendly. They offer different varieties of vehicles of your needs with a very reasonable rate. This Friday I rented a car Nissan Qashqai, on the highway I had a problem and I called later in office and the solved the problem with ease. Nick is professionally deal always, very nice guy. Beyond this it is very convenient location for me. I always rent a car Enterprise in this location. Sam Raj

I've rented vehicles from this location for personal reasons and found the service to be stellar. The staff are efficient and friendly and I was very satisfied with the vehicle rates offered. On my last occasion, I rented a car for 6 days because my car was in a body shop for repairs (after an accident). The body repair shop had arranged for a rental vehicle (covered by insurance) and Enterprise sent someone to the shop to pick me up. The driver was friendly and witty. Excellent. When we got to Enterprise, it was total chaos in the waiting room. It was the day after Thanksgiving and people were returning vehicles as well as others picking up vehicles. Despite the crowds, the staff remained cool and focused on getting everyone out the doors as quickly as possible. When we finally got to the counter (we were 8th in line), they had our information (from the body repair shop) and offered a selection of vehicles. Once we chose a vehicle (we selected a Chevy Cruz) and they took our drivers licence information, we were done. The car was out in less than 5 minutes. After checking the car out, we were on our way. When we returned the rental vehicle, the place was no where near a busy as when we picked up the vehicle. The male representative (didn't get his name) was welcoming and charming. After he checked the gas level (as you have to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when you got it) he completed the paperwork and we were out the door. Total time, less than 5 minutes. They even offered a ride somewhere if needed (which wasn't) Excellent quality vehicles, efficient and friendly staff, reasonable rates...what's not to like. I will use this location again when the need arises.

I have rented a car from these guys 3 times in total. It seems like all the body shops deal with them. The first time was when my tsx was in the shop, I got a tiny Kia in the dead of winter. Now I'm not saying kias are not safe cars but if your use to driving a larger sedan, it's difficult to adjust for a few days. The 2nd time was a replacement for a Camry and again a tiny Kia with some kind of stain on the driver seat. The 3rd time I rented out a Chrysler 200 and it smelled like marijuana. I'm done with these guys

Terrible experience here! I wish I could give 0 stars for lack of customer service. I'm visiting in town, and I call a few hours in advance to ask if there are any cars available for around the time I would like. The guy says it is no problem, and that they have plenty available. He then recommends for me to make my reservation online because it is cheaper. So I make my reservation online, and I receive a confirmation receipt in my inbox. I am on my way to pick up my rental car when I get a phone call about 5 minutes before my pick-up time. I am told that there are no cars available because about 16 people came in off the street and ordered them all. This isn't my problem since I make the reservation and you shouldn't be giving the out to people that don't have reservations. I ask if I can receive any cars from other lots and he says there are none. In fact, he is sarcastic about it saying, "if I had a scooter for you I'd give it to you." He then tells me that he will call me back once they find a car for me. I never received a phone call back from them. I will never rent with them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

I needed to rent a truck for my move from North York to Ottawa. We booked rather late but there was still a truck available for us. We called to talk the location and they were able to help us get the best deal possible. We asked if we could get the truck the night before our move and they were able to accomidate us and not start charging us until the next morning. Picking up the truck was quick and easy and we will definitely recommend this location to others.

Annoyed with the representative I had. Never told me there would be any fees after I signed for insurance on the rental car. He talked through the contract and function of the car at the speed of light that sometimes I had to guess wtf he was saying. It's my fault I didn't read the tiny print thoroughly and carefully, but bad on these customer service reps for not fully explaining the bill to their customers. Not dealing with this place again.
