Aside from having sushi attack, I have a lot of 'Harvey's" attack lately! I know this is NO gourmet but Harvey's burger really hit the spot... fast, reasonable priced and never disappointed! Service here is fast and friendly. You will see me hop by and stuff my face often...

Purchased an Angus meal deal which contained an Angus hamburger with double cheese and a large fries, plus a bottle of water through the Harvey's application on my phone. I went and picked it up and came home to eat it. The bag was sealed when I picked up my food and when I went home and opened it up, I see that I was only served a regular fries which was a mistake on their part. Ok mistakes happen, no problem I thought, I'll give the restaurant a call later and I'll enjoy what I had in front of me, a nice hot meal. The burger was made to order and I enjoyed it and the fries where good too, with the only flaw being, they were in a regular sized fry box and it was not even filled enough. Had the regular sized fry box had a good sized serving of fries, I just may have overlooked their error and said nothing further. But a skimpy serving of fries was an insult to injury from my point of view at that moment in time. I was compelled to reach out to the store to rectify the issue. I went to call the Harvey's location at (9320 Bathurst Street, Vaughan, Ontario) that I purchased my meal from and the phone listed was out of service. I then go on the Internet and start a chat session with customer Service, and halfway through us working out a solution to the issue the chat connection closes with no call back. I then found the corporate Harvey's number and called them and they gave me a reference number and they said that I would be contacted by the location that served me within two days. Have not heard back and nothing has been done to this point to rectify the error.

Simply one of the best quick serve burgers in Canada. A tradition that goes back since 1959. A Canadian classic. Location is clean and service is good. Made fresh And the way I want it every time. No compromises. Happy to see the Original is on sale this week. 2 for $6.

I am afraid they lost money on me (lol). I do not eat burgers often, but dropped in for a veggie burger with my friend who was craving a burger. Everyone knows Harvey's is famous for the custom toppings, but it seems they have (recently?) added corn and guacamole to their options. Gone is the alfalfa. I had a burger and it was soft and tasty. It had a good texture to it and I asked for double pickles and extra tomatoes and they were completely fine with it. The burger became hefty and extra tasty. Nice job, guys. The premises were clean and all the toppings were on display and available. This plaza is not bad parking-wise either. One note if you want to go: do not go on a Wednesday night. The small restaurant was packed with schoolchildren. I asked the cashier and it is apparently a group from a religious school that drops in every Wednesday night. As with any group of teens and pre-teens they are not well-behaved and also there is nowhere to sit. Enjoy the Harvey's Burger at home or drop in some other time.

I ordered their veggie burger and it was fresh and tasty. Harvey's is one of the few fast food joints that serves vegan burgers and they taste great. Their fries and onion rings are vegan too! The store itself is clean and the service is friendly. Not sure why all the negative reviews.

Terrible experience! From the unprofessional order taking, one girl asks me what I want to order, as I began speaking she walks away and another one shows up.... Weird!!! Then, to finding out after our food was bagged, that the kids meals do NOT come with a TOY!?! It says so on the menu, it's EVEN high lighted on the menu! And we paid over $5 per combo! For what? The toy is typically calculated into the cost... AND EVERY KIDS MEAL, at EVERY FAST FOOD JOINT COMES WITH TOY! I should have had those cheap ass' explain it to my 3 and 7 year old! We paid full price. I expect to get my money's worth. We also did not appreciate, while sitting in, waiting for our children to eat, a verbal broke out between a customer and the Asian cashier, that she over charged her, that went on and on, and once the customer got her food and left the employees would not stop discussing it, not only was that completely unacceptable and unprofessional! And annoying for us and our young children to listen to! But whether she was charged 1 cent or 1$ more, the customer had every right to be upset and bring it up. It's the customers money! This place needs a face lift. And a good cleaning. Would literally never return. GROSS!

What a horribly managed store. I walk in to order, asks for a spicy chicken poutine, person behind the counter asks if I want whole wheat or white. For a poutine?!?! Confused I say I'm ordering a poutine. Again he asks white or whole wheat and then walks over to a pack of buns to show me. This time, I ask do you put poutine between buns?!? Then he goes, "ooohh. POUTINE?!!!" Says he doesn't normally take orders at the register and walks away. A couple of minutes later, another person comes to the register and starts to take my order. Once again, the person asks white or whole wheat?! This time, when I corrected her, she got upset at me and starts telling me that she's just stupid that's why. Anyways, not going here ever again.

Filthy. The people who prepared my meal (ie. actually touch my food) never washed their hands after touching the utensils or handling money. They put on gloves to create the illusion that they're clean, yet they used those same gloves just moments ago to handle the grill. I was by myself in line too, so there is no excuse that they were rushing. Horrible standards for cleanliness and it needs a review. I got sick off of the burger but I know it's not their fault; whoever trained them did a horrible job at reinforcing it. However, the service was friendly so they're not that bad.

Went to this location and was quite disappointed. Employees were generally clueless and not trained well. They did not even know their own menu. In addition, two of them barely spoke english which was a bit frustrating. Also, they initially got our order wrong. I ordered the original burger and it was average like many other Harvey's restaurants. My fiancé ordered one of their chicken burgers. When we got home and she took her burger apart to add ketchup, we found that the side of the chicken was completely cold and raw because it had flipped over and the cook did not bother to spread it properly in order to ensure that all of the meat gets cooked. I would not recommend this location whatsoever.

great experience! Last week I came here on the weekend,pretty busy but not packed. The cashier was really friendly and waited patiently till I decided what to order. I took the Angus burger with fries and a drink, It didn't take long to cook maybe about 10 min or less. Once the food was done I got called up so that I could pick out what I wanted to put. The vegetables looked pretty fresh and it seemed like they change it every day. I enjoyed the food and will be coming back. It's a great place to go eat once in a while!
